Friendly staff, good swimming pool, large gym. great location.

Great location just off Soi Buakhao and LK Metro. Easy to find for local transport. Bathroom was excellent. Included breakfast was basic but a good option if you didn't want to venture out. Excellent room service cafe. Excellent gym facilities. For the approximately £20 a night I paid It's difficult to rate as anything other than good value for mony.

Pool area is very tired and badly in need of renovation and upgrade. In both buildings I stayed in on two seperate visits the cleaning service was slow. Even when the prepare room signwas prominently displayed I'd come back to the room after a morning out to find the room still unserviced.

The staff was remarkably helpful. Everyone of them was very friendly and eager to assist. The breakfast/brunch was really good and worth it. The A/C and water heater worked really well, and any issues were addressed within minutes.

The only issue I had, was the fact that the walls seem to be somewhat thin and you can hear what is going on in the other rooms, or out in the hall. For example, several nights I could hear my neighbor snoring, and the other day I could hear my neighbors having adult relations. This hotel seems to be booked primarily by men, so it doesn’t seem to be an issue for me, however, if I had a female family member, I would feel a little uncomfortable.

It's a lovely hotel in a great location. The rooms are copiously clean and maid service daily. The staff are very very friendly and accommodating. The location is perfect for the nightlife. The pool is nice and clean and pool towels availible.

I guess my only complaint is guests of a certain nationality playing music or making video calls in the restaurant. This would not be tolerated in my home country and is extremely anti social and rude. Not sure if management could put up a notice on restaurant entry door.

Good selection. Good for eggs and toast jam weak tea. Best point i booked wrong date s they charged me 300 b h t to change manage said. but then called and said they could not after i pay but then they help me call booking. com and all sorted and amazing x staff there tm help thanks on the front desk. . staff in canteen don't smile much x but i keep booking this hotel. very good. nice pool gym.

All the staff were warm and friendly 10 out of 10 for them. I have to mention the security guy working at the gate. He is such a friendly and helpful guy. I will stay there again.

As a former Aquatics manager, I found that the pool needed to be cleaned. The scumlines were not a good look. Perhaps the water chemistry was not correct. Room 1414 where I stayed the first few days didn't have a power point next to the bed.But room 1705 was more acceptable.

The level of service is exceptionally high in this hotel. All staff, the receptionists, door attendants, the cleaning staff and staff in restaurant were polite, responsive and professional. Special thanks to Not, door attendant, who was helpful with some practical issues I had. Breakfast is good enough for a seven days stay. Everyone can find something they like to eat, 3 warm asian dishes, continental breakfast consisting of eggs, omelets, bread, jam, ham, fresh vegetables and fruits, plain yoghurt with cereals and English breakfast. Coffee is very good and strong as I like it. I would wish some slices of cheese for breakfast but it is unusual in hotels in Thailand. Problems I had in the room were solved very quickly and effectively. I definitely recommend staying in this hotel.

As usual, good experience. I enjoy the most the sauna and gym that are free to use. Sauna is proper sauna. And the usual negative is the lack of electrical outlets. Location is excellent to get in and out when arriving from Bangkok. Breakfast is basic but does the job. I recommend booking that included if you get it below 200thb with your booking. Customers are all around from world, families and couples and single people.
