The property is located down a side street from the main Tree Town complex of bars and is complimented by a wonderful restaurant The Copper Spoon. The room I had was only a standard room but had everything you could want . Especially the large and well equipped shower room. The staff were excellent, happy ,helpful and always had a smile .

Nothing really, although i must mention something that didn’t affect me as I can sleep through almost anything. I was on the front of the hotel facing a few little bars and a couple were playing music quite loudly well into the early you the next day . Suggestion if you’re a light sleeper ask for a room at the back .

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel which was good vale for the price at the time. The bed and pillows were comfortable, although not as big or comfortable as in more expensive hotels like Amber next to it. We also enjoyed having a couch on our room and a balcony with a table and a couple of chairs. The WiFi was usually good. The TV didn't have good channels, but it had a mirroring feature that allowed us to view content from our phones with decent quality. There were several options for breakfast at the hotel restaurant. While some were free, others were not but had a discount instead with the hotel voucher. We think it was good to have several options to choose from, which we could pay a bit more to get instead of having only a few free options like in other hotels.

We didn't like the water pressure in the shower was very weak which is probably due to the fact there's an electric heater installed. The elevator had a very strong odour inside every time, so we avoided it and took the stairs instead. The towels also had a strange odour sometimes, so we preferred to use our own.

Check in was quick and easy, staff very friendly and very helpful. Top marks to the staff. The location is very good for access to the nightlife and restaurants of Soi Bukhao, though there is also a very nice restaurant attached to the hotel. The room was a good size, quite comfortable. Though the hotel is only a short walk to the nightlife area, there was not a great deal of noise at night to disturb our sleep.

Whilst parking was included in the booking, it is actually a short distance away at Tree Town. If you have a lot of baggage you need to drop off and then park your car at the parking area. More a small nuisance than a complaint, the soi of the hotel is certainly not wide enough to park on-street. Only other small issue was breakfast. Whilst part of the tariff, the actual included menu options are limited and the more usual full breakfasts are a small added cost. Again, more a small nuisance than a complaint. Certainly not a reason not to return,

Staff were super friendly, I’ve been previously & highly recommend this hotel to my probably more busy than with this pos, Been in a few local hotels in this area & this for money is far superior, in delux room has mosquito nets over patio door, usb outlet by bed & double seated sofa probably not in all rooms but attention to detail his first class. Balcony has comfortable chairs as we’ll & definitely not the normal in other hotels. Would be my 1st choice hotel in this area by far. Copper spoon restaurant at front is superb.

Centre of everything you need , Superb linked restaurant at front ( copper spoon) that you get a breakfast voucher. This restaurant is amazing food . I opted more luxurious room , well great size . The bed was super amazing comfortable soft & luxurious pillows, definitely the best I’ve stayed in many hotels.. comfortable sofa & 2 decent comfortable chairs on patio. Has usb charger in wall next to bed which is a rarity ,, happy with that 👍. Perfect stay & would definitely recommend this upgrade & facilities, no swimming pool but does have a small downstairs sofa area to hang out. Opposite laundry lady, very pleasant, very cheap

Inclusive Breakfast not as good as picture on website. The free selection is poor. This was an important factor when booking. However... Their restaurant is aircon and has a very professional staff. They were willing to change my voucher to croissant and coffee also one morning they allowed me to use two tokens to upgrade. The paid breakfast's are wonderful though large and a bit on the pricy side. A visit to cheep Charlie's a little way down you will see. Two key cards. very good.

Spotlessly clean modern room. Ice cold air conditioning. Extremely comfortable pillows and bed.

The breakfast choice wasn't good only two options. The breakfast skillet was just a plate of 7/11 processed meat. The pork rice soup had far too much salt and the pork was still pink in the middle undercooked. Both pretty much inedible. We'd definitely stay here again but wouldn't have breakfast here again.

The staff were very friendly and the room was surprisingly very big for this area. The copper spoon restaurant was great to eat at with a big mix of Thai and western style foods. Location was 1 minute walk to tree town for clubs and bars and massage places and plenty other eateries. Laundry across the road also. I would recommend this hotel to anyone or couples especially for the price. We were very happy here.

almost no electric outlets, towel rack over the toilet. nice kitchen but no cooking equipment or utensils. wifi was sooo bad it was unusable.
