Room has a movable desk so you can work in your laptop confortably. Some rooms have a nice view of a interior garden, patio. It is close to point of interest. The room has a good size so you can leave your luggage without feeling you cannot move inside of the room. There are all kind of services at a walking distance or you can take a tuk tuk in the main routes so really well connected to everything. It is close to everything a single man can need but at the same time you do not have any annoying noise when you want to rest. It has a hand held shower instead the annoying fixed shower head. My puntuation is mainly based in the ratio quality price.

Curtains could be more opaque or add an additional layer. I am fussy with this but honestly it can be fine for most people. It does not have a lift but the staff help you with your luggage so it is balanced. Internet if you have to work in a very demanding activity might be a bit slow (high latency) in some rooms.

Amazing hotel. Run by lovely people. Fantastic location near action packed soi Buahkao, LK metro, tree town. Right in front of the hotel laundry with express service. New bars and bistro coming up. This hotel doesn't have a lift but it has no impact whatsoever because of the way the hotel is built. Housekeeping was fantastic. Very friendly staff. Fabulous breakfast for very cheap cost. Feel like home. Soi 19 is a Thai local residential area. Because of that reason, there's plenty of local restaurants and bars all along the street. It was a very blessing experience. Had no issues whatsoever. This hotel is a guest friendly hotel,If you have more than two guests, it's only cost 300 baht for any additional guest . Room has mirror cupboards which is absolutely fantastic. I really liked it. Has safety box.

I didn't like the curtains. It was annoying. I always had to make sure I properly close the curtains so other people cant see into the room. But it was a very minor issue. Key lock safety box is something I didn't like.

The rooms were very cozy and spacious, on arrival they asked us for a 300TBH deposit. We didn't have that cash so he allowed us to stay without paying the deposit, the only catch was we had to keep our key at the counter everytime we left. Everything worked in the room AC and hot water. Breakfast was basic salami, eggs bread and coffee good enuf for the rate. Check out was smooth and hassel free

There is no lift

Excellent professional service from reception right through to cleaners. Room cleaned every day,clean sheets and towels,free toiletries,toilet roll,water and coffee. Wifi excellent,location perfect very close to all entertainment and quiet at night.

Nice and clean, quiet and close to everything without being near enough for it to be loud. Convenient walking distance from everything we wanted to do.

The bed might be a little hard for some, but we didn’t really mind.

Location is not good, they should have a buffet breakfast even if the food items are limited though the food was good.

Location. It's far from possibly everything, unless you have a car ir bike it's difficult to get around. While booking I had made a request to arrange gor bike but on reaching they said the couldn't. I managed to arrange one within 15 minutes of my arrival.

Great value for money. Close to bars and restaurants. Girl in the reception make staying even better, always smiling and joking. Would stay again.

hotel is good for its money couldn’t argue. I didn’t have breakfast there so couldn’t comment on that but overall I was happy with my stay there staff were good as well
