Friendly staff, clean hotel in good location.

The hotel advertised that rooms are soundproof. Unfortunately, they are not as can hear everything from neighbouring rooms, which can sometimes be amusing and sometimes annoying.

Really helpful staff, the room I was given when I arrived was noisy in the night due to another guest so the staff upgraded me to a more quieter room at the top of the hotel which was a lot bigger. The location is really good.

For the price I was a bit taken back as the hotel is dated and there are no food facility. I would say this is a 1000 Baht hotel not a 2000 Baht.

The hotel is great, pool area is well maintained rooms are in good condition with large comfortable beds and nice 40" flat screen TV's with plenty of English news, documentary and movie channels. Check in was very simple and they even accommodated a 2pm check out free of charge. Hotel is guest friendly providing they have suitable I'd such as national I'd card or passport. Very short walk to all the action but very quiet at night.

Hotel restaurants and bars are not yet open. I can't confirm this is 100% accurate so take it with caution but My partners sister apparently called the hotel to ask if I had any female guests visit the room to which they confirmed I had. Now I don't know if this is accurate or not but if it is then staff need to be trained on guest privacy. It's not their place to pass on such information even in pattaya.

Excellent location, nice and quiet. 1min walk to all the nightlife. Tree Town. Nice swimming pool on the roof.

Close to tree town and easy to get taxi/grab.

no breakfast or restaurant, but there's a place just a few places down called Copper Spoon for good breakfast.

The manager was on hand to greet us when we arrived. He was so friendly and professional and made us feel really welcomed. He allowed us a early check in and ensured we were settled in. The staff were amazing and so friendly and nothing was a problem for them. The rooms were big and very clean as was the spacious bathroom and shower. The room has plenty of closet space and a safe for your belongings. The floors can only be accessed by your hotel key card,So added security is always a big plus. The bed was huge and so comfortable. The cleaning and reception staff were amazing. The hotel pool is located in the roof and is clean spacious and safe. I loved this pool. I really can't remember how long it was since I enjoyed a hotel stay as much as this. The staff are absolutely amazing so be nice and enjoy your stay at this special place. Paul

Clean, comfy rooms, good location, quiet at night despite being only one street away from the action. Handy cheap laundry shops on the same road, a useful restaurant in the same street does wonderful food, and a side street non-girlie bar has excellent cheap beers and cocktails, just a stones throw away

The shower could have been a bit hotter and more consistent, but it’s not really an issue in such a hot country

I stay at the Adelphi whenever I visit Pattaya. The staff is excellent, and the facilities are comfortable. The pool is on the roof and has a few sunbeds, though you have to be quick in peak season if you want one. Overall, this is a good hotel and is close to Soi Buakhao and Tree Town. Plenty of food, drink, and entertainment options are within a short walk. It is far enough up the soi to be quiet and away from the noise. Higher floors are better, although there is only one elevator, which sometimes means a bit of a wait.

Good clean rooms at a good price in the heart of Pattaya, just off Soi Buakhao. Unfortunately, there was no breakfast/restaurant option at the time of our stay, but that doesn't matter too much as there are many cafes and restaurants serving breakfast and food around the area, all within walking distance. It is close to the action but far enough away from the main strip to be nice and quiet and not affected by road and bar noise.

We would have liked breakfast options with the room.
