Food and rooms were excellent and everything else was top notch and wonderful. A very pleasant stay among lovely staff with nice pool/patio area and friendly, high quality service.

I don't use a smart phone so I was at the mercy of spotty wifi in my room and VERY slow hotel computer downstairs. A bit noisy in the morning as my room was near the back outside kitchen area. I think management ought to consider limiting the smoking areas as it is very annoying and unhealthy.

An oasis of calm in the heart of Pattaya. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The pool was a great place to relax and cool off.

The gym is quite small and the TV struggles to receive the limited number of channels. My room was opposite housekeeping store room which was quite noisy.

Hotel Amber is new, modern and in a great location. What makes Hotel Amber special was the incredible staff. From the front desk to housekeeping the staff at Hotel Amber was so friendly, helpful and professional. The bellmen consistently went above and beyond their normal duties to make my stay enjoyable. One day I returned to the hotel with an injured foot that required some ice. I asked the Bellman Ben if he could help. He practically beat me to the room with a bag of ice.

The pool is shaded most of the day, but this is a minor issue.

- the location was great and we mostly walked everywhere - we had the grand deluxe room which was spacious, clean and quiet - the staff are friendly and happy to help with anything - the bed was SO comfortable. We had our best sleep of the holiday whilst at this hotel. They also give you the option to have different types of pillows - there is a free shuttle going to the main areas of interest - breakfast had plenty of choice and was delicious - we ordered room service one night and had the most delicious food

The location was great and was easy to get around Central Pattaya with the tuktuk buses. The staff were also very friendly and helpful whenever we had questions. Room was always cleaned well and beds were super comfortable! A nice little touch was having the drying rack outside on the balcony where we dried all our wet clothes after swimming in the pool :) We’ve already recommended staying here to friends and family

The bed and pillows were very comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was great. There's a free shuttle to central shopping mall and other locations that can be booked. The staff were very friendly and helpful except on one occasion at the swimming pool.

My wife is a professional thai masseuse and went to try a massage at the hotel, but it wasn't very good. At the swimming pool bar, the staff forgot our order on one occasion. We left and went to drink outside after complaining. The next day, the manager came to talk to us at the swimming pool and apologise. They staff also called and came to our room to apologise. We didn't have any other issues during our stay aside that occasion and all the staff was very helpful.

There are no words as to how kind and out of this world the staff make you feel. The receptionist KEE has a smile that would light the whole city up. Not my first time and definitely not my last time. The hotel food is amazing! Mr PAI is the best host with NOI & REYA they are super cool and very helpful. Overall treated better than a king in amber hotel I give it 100 stars. The rooms are amazing and always super clean the cleaners have so much detail while doing the rooms. Always leave a wee sweet or a little baht for them. Best 10 days of my life again. Thank you so much you wonderful bunch of super kind hearted people. I recently stayed at this hotel for 7 nights, and the experience exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I stepped in, the spacious lounge and well-designed reception area set the tone for a comfortable and well-managed stay. The ambience was warm and welcoming, offering a sense of space and calm that’s rare to find. The front desk and welcome staff were outstanding – professional, courteous, and genuinely hospitable. This high standard of service was consistently reflected across all departments. Though the room size was slightly smaller compared to other hotels, the in-room amenities and comfort more than made up for it. The internet speed was excellent – fast and reliable throughout my stay, which was a huge plus. The in-house restaurant was spacious, and the breakfast spread was impressive, offering a wide variety that would take several days to even sample fully. One small issue I had with the room intercom was promptly resolved, and to my surprise, I received a thoughtful gesture – a box of sweets – as an apology. That moment truly highlighted their commitment to customer satisfaction. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, service, and attention to detail all under one roof. A must-visit!

Except room size everything was perfect

Elegant reception, lovely pool and bar area, 2 good elevators, aircon quiet and efficient, basic shop on site for essential items/ snacks and beer. Excellent customer service and lovely staff. Room spacious with a great city and pool view. The gardens around the pool add to the atmosphere

Very odd bathroom design with open sink area reducing privacy. Best to have a door to the bathroom area. Poor Wi-Fi in the room Building maintenance carried out in the corridor until 7pm was a bit annoying but well compensated and staff very apologetic and helpful

Exceptionally good staff ... from invitation on parking place via reception & cleaning till service guy. Comfortable bed. Really comfortable. Comfortable pillows. El-sockets next to bed. Silent room. Blackout curtains ... OK, not perfect but pretty OK Big umbrella in the room. Complimentary water daily. Quality toiletries. Enough water pressure even I was on top (7th) floor. Free garage.

AC didn't work fully correctly. I tried everything but no fully positive result. Missing wardrobe or shelves. Missing shoehorn. Missing desk for light office work or whatever work with computer. Even some cons, I am giving 10 because next time there will be shoehorn and AC will work fully properly + Pros are so strong.
