I really like the location. It's a busy street with lots of bars and good street food all around. The management and the staff were all extremely helpful, kind and relaxed. The wifi is solid. The rooms nice and clean. I actually booked again.

The location has no elevator so no problem for me but you will have to climb stairs. My room had a bit of an 'infestation' of tiny ants that found their way from the outside into the room. But the room was and was kept clean during my stay.

The location is rather special for me, right in the heart of red district. But everywhere can be reach by foot , the beach, the massage, food marketing . Great location overall ! The ladies working at the guesthouse are super welcoming & fun, they even offered to share dinner with me & made me feel safe and ease at home as I am a female travelling solo .

If you want a peaceful night of sleep then this is not the place coz Pattaya is the city that never sleeps, the noise can get pretty loud at night till morning but okay if you are tired from the trip for me I have no problem sleeping .

- The main receptionist is always active and working, and very helpful. - The location is good; nearby access to everything important, from restaurants to currency exchange shops, from the beach to the Market, etc. - Water and toiletries are provided every day. - Value for money. ( You may find cheaper rates online compared to walk-in rates! ) - It felt good to stay in the private room compared to the dormitory in the same hotel.

- The toilet was very small. Despite being slim, I need to twist myself and adjust to close the toilet door. The shower was like a DIY setup, even the handwash pipes were not fixed to the ground.

- The shared toilet is inside the (dormitory) room. Even the roommates next door will be sharing the toilets. This was very uncomfortable throughout my stay. - Not necessarily a minus factor for the hotel, but the guests need to understand that in a mixed dormitory they should not be talking on their phones loudly disturbing the other guests. Some of them were posting their vlogs, while recording audios on their beds!. Some of them were farting so loud, without any respect to themselves first and others next. One guest had even had a mini kitchen in his bed just because he is staying there for more than two weeks. I was literally staying at a friend's place the whole time only to avoid these weird uncaring guests.

Good price, safety box, a/c, balcony, good internet, coffee, microwave, mini bar. Location in the middle of lots of action but of course that means noisy bars until 3.30am. Naturally you can’t have quiet if you’re on a major bar street.

A small thing, but the door lock could have been more secure, ok from inside with extra latches but from outside just a push button lock. Drains a bit damp smelly but building is quite old so that’s perhaps logical.

I am very pleased with my stay at the Arunotai 2. It was very good value for the money. The hotel is located in quiet and peaceful area close to Big C supermarket. The room was equipped with hot water, TV and AC. There is also a shared kitchen with cooking facilities, microwave, kettle, air fryer. And what is most important very friendly and relaxed team!

It was a Great price for the room. It was middle of bar street so I was outside partying a lot. I had a Great time, Great personal were very Nice and polite

Nothing I didn't like. But can be noisy at night since it's middle of the bar street.

The stuff are very friendly. They give me worm welcome. It's a noisy place. You know that? But if you party animal, that's the place, thank you very much

Whilst there were a few minor issues, when I pointed these out to the management they were sorted out straight away.

No lift in property - not their fault, it’s how it’s been built.

staff is friendly and helpful, great place if you want to stay in the middle of the action. great room, perfect has a frig and towels and water. you can control the air con, great place, thanks again ladies
