Everything! The arbour hotel is a stunning hotel with very modern rooms. The beds were very big and comfortable and the facilities were second to none! The restaurant offers a fine dining experience at reasonable prices.. we had the fillet steak with Mash Potato, and it's possibly the best steak I've tried in a long time. The restaurant also offers stunning city views, with inside and outside!

Everything. The rooftop pool looks amazing. The rooms are lovely and the air conditioning is really good. Staff let us check in early. They were very nice and helpful.

Indian men kept spitting in the pool and being very loud. They also made the women in the pool very uncomfortable as they kept staring at them. But this is not the hotel’s fault at all.

Service is exceptional. There will be staff to welcome you right as you arrive there in the car and will be there to see you off etc. The most comfortable beds and pillows ever. Rooms very clean and spacious. Good security. Nice rooftop with beautiful views. Has a small gym and sauna, clean and great amenities. Wouldn’t say the gym having “state of the art” equipment tho. The pool will dye hair, bathers etc into green. We complained to staff and they were able to offer us free breakfast buffet. When we arrived they greeted us well and gave us some nice refreshing drinks before getting settled into our rooms. The breakfast buffet had good and wide variety of options- delicious.

Pool dyes hair and swim wear green so be wary. We complained to staff and they said it was standard or whatever but it’s just an absurd amount of chlorine in it. We went to a water park in pattaya and nothing happened to us in their waters so. But they were able to compensate with free breakfast buffet for the rest of our stay. My friends hair turned green and they went to a salon to fix it and the salon said that many have come from the same hotel to fix their green hair lol

Very comfortable beds/ pillows, all of the hotel was very clean. Breakfast was excellent. Staff were just fantastic, couldn't do enough for everyone.

Our original room was quite small and claustrophobic but once we got an upgrade we were much happier. Street noise during the night especially motor bikes was a little annoying.

We stayed at this hotel a couple with 4 childrens. I would like to mention the excellent breakfast at the hotel and the perfect coffee they prepared for us every morning. I would also like to mention Beam and Pete from the hotel staff who made our service very pleasant and were very professional and kind. We were in this hotel five days ago and once again we return to it because it was an excellent hotel, in my opinion the best in Pattaya,

Very modern and clean with good quality furniture and facilities. The staff were extremely kind and supportive, I’m very grateful they had English speaking staff as well because this really helped me in a couple of situations. I’d really recommend staying here, if the pool isn’t enough to convince you then maybe the sauna? The gym? The spa? They have so much to offer and I felt really satisfied especially as a solo traveller. I hardly have any negatives to say about it. Oh and the restaurant is decorated so beautifully, such gorgeous artwork. Oh and the breakfast buffet is such great value for money, such high quality delicious food Rooms are really nice- had a kitchen area including a microwave and stove, washing mashing, mini fridge, (very large) tv with channels in multiple languages, sofa, balcony, bedside lamps and charging ports, bath and shower. Very comfy

They have an insect problem. The first time I notified them about it- very small ant-like insects crawling everywhere… the bed, the sofa, on the floors etc. they changed my room immediately. However 2 days after being in the new room, I saw them appearing in the room again. This really surprised me because I also stayed in another 3 star hotel in Thailand and didn’t have the same issue. It was quite shocking for me. Another downside for me was the bar? I thought the drinks were a little overpriced? But nothing major

I was at 17th floor and the against the city. The view was okay.

Middle of the city and you could still hear a of noice from cars even though the balcony door was closed. Not much nature but I don't think that's was the hotel was going for anyway.

The staff where great. The lifts where fast. Snacks available at reception.

The room was very compact (small) for the price. There are no drawers for underwear. Bedside units are just boxes with no storage. The security safe is basically on the floor so getting down and seeing the numbers will be a issue for some people. The shower base did not drain very well so you had to have a shower in a deep puddle of water. I paid over £100 per night and have stayed in far better rooms for £50 per night.

Absolutely loved this hotel next time I’m back with my husband we are definitely staying there again. The room was so comfortable and having a washing machine in the room was a game changer ! The swimming pool is absolutely lovely without mentioning the crazy view. I took breakfast included and again it was great ! Good variety of food and drinks and what o love the most is that you can se that the quantity are perfect compared to some hotel that all you can see is how much waist they will have at the end of the services. Staff is fantastic from the receptionist to the restaurant staff. And let’s not forget the gym! It’s small but it’s enough !

I have stayed here 3 times now. The standout for me has always been the wait staff, who are all excellent,a shiny example would be Bai Fern, who always remembers my orders and anticipates my culinary needs, Kay was also memorable as well as all the other staff who were all excellent and I,in no means, mean to diminish their contributions. In terms of reception staff there has been a big improvement here since when I first stayed here in September 2023, the front desk staff were a bit cold although professional ( I guess) now they are very warm, friendly and approachable as some of the old staff from last year don’t seem to be here. The new reception staff even gave me a bottle of water on my way out and thanked me for my stay, the little extra touches can make a big difference.Overall a positive experience, thank you to the team.

In terms of negative that might annoy some people is, there is no in-room dining, also you can’t connect your streaming services like Netflix, Prime,Apple tv, e.t.c, however you can connect to YouTube so that is something, you would probably be out exploring anyway but at night it would be nice to unwind with a show. Other than that pretty good and would recommend. Also traffic noise is noticeably
