The services was excellent. The staff is friendly. The sofas in the room and lobby are very comfortable. The room is bright with natural light. All equipment in the room is functioning properly. The room is neat and tidy. Breakfast is delicious with many choices. The hotel restaurant offers panoramic views of the city.

Water will leak a little from the shower into the dry area of ​​the bathroom

Everything! The arbour hotel is a stunning hotel with very modern rooms. The beds were very big and comfortable and the facilities were second to none! The restaurant offers a fine dining experience at reasonable prices.. we had the fillet steak with Mash Potato, and it's possibly the best steak I've tried in a long time. The restaurant also offers stunning city views, with inside and outside!

Wow. What a hotel. It was recommended to me by a friend and what a hotel it is. The staff are amazing so welcoming and the best service and then the roof top pool. Spectacular. But the best was the rooms. Just beautiful and the comfiest bed ive stayed in. I actually booked to stay a 2nd night as it was so comfortable. Fantastic shower and bath. And we found an amazing Italian restaurant 100yds away with the best host Tony. I will return to Pattaya for this hotel alone. It's stunning 😍

Service is exceptional. There will be staff to welcome you right as you arrive there in the car and will be there to see you off etc. The most comfortable beds and pillows ever. Rooms very clean and spacious. Good security. Nice rooftop with beautiful views. Has a small gym and sauna, clean and great amenities. Wouldn’t say the gym having “state of the art” equipment tho. The pool will dye hair, bathers etc into green. We complained to staff and they were able to offer us free breakfast buffet. When we arrived they greeted us well and gave us some nice refreshing drinks before getting settled into our rooms. The breakfast buffet had good and wide variety of options- delicious.

Pool dyes hair and swim wear green so be wary. We complained to staff and they said it was standard or whatever but it’s just an absurd amount of chlorine in it. We went to a water park in pattaya and nothing happened to us in their waters so. But they were able to compensate with free breakfast buffet for the rest of our stay. My friends hair turned green and they went to a salon to fix it and the salon said that many have come from the same hotel to fix their green hair lol

Everything. The rooftop pool looks amazing. The rooms are lovely and the air conditioning is really good. Staff let us check in early. They were very nice and helpful.

Indian men kept spitting in the pool and being very loud. They also made the women in the pool very uncomfortable as they kept staring at them. But this is not the hotel’s fault at all.

Very comfortable beds/ pillows, all of the hotel was very clean. Breakfast was excellent. Staff were just fantastic, couldn't do enough for everyone.

Our original room was quite small and claustrophobic but once we got an upgrade we were much happier. Street noise during the night especially motor bikes was a little annoying.

It’s a truly great hotel, the staff go above and beyond to assist you, and are very polite. Great location, close enough but still far away from the noise of the party like areas. Local shops big and small on your doorstep too. Rooms cleaned every day, bed changed every day, towels changed every day. Restaurant is excellent, breakfast is a must, you will not be disappointed. Rooftop area is an amazing space, with a large pool, sand area with seating along with a bar including food if you want. The pictures on booking.com are accurate.

The only criticism I would have is that the laminate flooring in my room, required some maintenance, but I’m being super picky here.

We stayed at this hotel a couple with 4 childrens. I would like to mention the excellent breakfast at the hotel and the perfect coffee they prepared for us every morning. I would also like to mention Beam and Pete from the hotel staff who made our service very pleasant and were very professional and kind. We were in this hotel five days ago and once again we return to it because it was an excellent hotel, in my opinion the best in Pattaya,

My family stayed here for one night and it’s a lovely boutique hotel. It was a very clean and modern room with kitchen and washer. The bed was very comfortable too. The staff are extremely friendly. The breakfast was both buffet and a la carte from a menu. The coffee was the best. It was very nice coffee. The room where the breakfast was held was stunning. And the breakfast was delicious. I told them I was celebrating my birthday and they decorated the room plus gave me 2 small desserts which were delicious. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Location is a bit further from city central maybe 15-20 mins walk but only 5 minutes drive. Theres not much restaurants or shops around the hotel. Gym is small as well.

The staff where great. The lifts where fast. Snacks available at reception.

The room was very compact (small) for the price. There are no drawers for underwear. Bedside units are just boxes with no storage. The security safe is basically on the floor so getting down and seeing the numbers will be a issue for some people. The shower base did not drain very well so you had to have a shower in a deep puddle of water. I paid over £100 per night and have stayed in far better rooms for £50 per night.
