The staff was very nice and polite. Everything was clean, the pool was also clean and nice. Kids pool and kids club was good, no entertainment, but enough toys, ball pool, TV and good air con. Location was great and quiet, still close to everything, as well as easy to catch baht buses, taxis and bolt.

Breakfast was okey, but I guess it wasn't exactly to our taste. Lots of Indian and Thai dishes - upon arrival from Europe we were not exactly ready yet to eat soup and curry for breakfast and the kids had absolutely nothing that was slightly familiar for them to choose from. Thinking a croissant or even toast or some bread with butter would probably have been nice to have. Lots of shops around though, so don't let this hold you back.

great facilities for the kids.

the mouldy smell in bathroom in and under the sink. the shower sprays everywhere and isn’t high enough to stand under. it didn’t have a table and chairs to sit at in the room.

Food options was limited and some indians mad our day worse in breakfast date 25 jun there are some indian not qualified to enter this hotel they are not taking food by spoon taking by hand this made our day worse we didnt eat same day

Fantastic location, very comfortable and quiet corner suite. The staff are very kind and helpful. Huge pool ! Everything was wonderful !

Breakfast should cater more to european taste , maybe offer a selection of cheeses.

The facilities are great and the rooms are modern looking. The pool is large and there is a large car park too. The bed is comfy and the room is also spacious. The water heater was broken, it took hours for the staff to come to check but when they finally did, they moved us rooms because they couldn’t fix it right away. At least they moved us 👍

There aren’t enough beds around the swimming pool, it’s always full. Needs more beds or tables and chairs around the swimming pool area. You have to pay to play pool which is very unfair considering the cost of the hotel over new year. Luckily the ping pong table is free. Definitely should be free.

A great stay in a beautiful hotel. I love the open plan reception walking straight through to pool area. Staff are extremely attentive and do everything to make stay as pleasant as possible. Plenty to do in hotel and location is perfect for exploring the area. Pool is a great size and gym is excellent, even if I don't use...I will be back next week before leaving Thailand

I dont like hard pillows an requested soft ones, and within 5 minutes they were brought yo my room...great service

Good location short walk to second road and maybe 20 minutes from beach road. It has a massive e pool. The staff are very good and the hotel is well kept.

Good location. Good pool, rooms and decent size and balcony.

The lock on my door stopped working all of a sudden. Went to reception, they re coded the key card, back up to the room tried it again, wouldn’t work. Back down to reception to report it. They sent a maintenance man straight away, I went away to the laundromat to wash clothes whilst they fixed it. Came back over an hour later to find the lock had not been fixed and the door was unlocked and anyone could access my room. I was quite angry about this but they gave me another room immediately with a lockable door.

The pool was amazing. The staff were amazing some of the best service I have ever received and were so polite. They were faultless. Even though English is a second language communication for the most part was just like being at home. With language barriers a translation app and pictures were a lifesaver.

It is very hard to pinpoint something I didn’t like. Probably the thing I didn’t like is the pool having a closing time.

Top breakfast buffet, super Cafe, we have enjoyed also the Thai local food. The staff was very friendly and some kind of very motivated to to the best job for their costumers. 🙏

The room on the poolside we had last year (Octobeg 24) is much more quiet at nighttime then the room towards the parking aeria and the street.
