I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel! The location is unbeatable—the best in the entire city, making it easy to explore and enjoy everything the area has to offer. The service was excellent, and the staff was incredibly friendly, always ready to help with anything I needed. On top of that, the price was very reasonable, making it a great value for money. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting

Overall, my stay was wonderful! If I had to mention a few small things, the bed was a bit firm for my preference, Also, a kettle in the room would be a useful addition. But these are just minor details, and I really enjoyed my stay

2nd time stayed. Just got back uk after a 3 week stay .all staff from the front desk to the restaurant part an the cleaning lady on the 4th floor all welcoming .everytime I go pattaya ile be stayin here.goin to book again for November it was that good 👍

All the staff .the location .the chef done nice food .an chilling on 7th floor roof top jacuzzi. Plus its of 2nd road close to all the nightlife .easy to walk everywhere.

This is my third stay at the Dynasty Inn. It is a clean and attractively appointed hotel in a good location in Pattaya. The staff is typically helpful and accommodating.

The Dynasty Inn is an attractive facility but is showing a bit of wear (deferred maintenance) in some respects - understandable since many tourist-oriented facilities in Pattaya were very adversely affected by the 3-year pandemic and the consequent drop in [tourist] revenue. Nonetheless I would stay at this hotel during my next trip to Pattaya.

I have stayed at Dynasty Inn a couple of times. The location is excellent, just a few minutes walk to the beach and very central. The staff are very helpful. I love the fact that the rooms get serviced quickly in the morning - generally before noon. Overall, this is an excellent budget hotel to stay at.

If you stay in one of the rooms at the front of the hotel, noise from a bar that has live music till 2 am is a problem. You can avoid this by asking for a room at the back of the hotel, but then the only view you have is of other rooms.

I liked the friendly helpful staff whom nothing was to much for them to make you comfortable. I like the central location of the hotel in Pattaya. I liked the cleanliness and the quietness of the hotel.

I didn’t like the air condition unit on the balcony, it was too noisy and I couldn’t sleep. When I investigated it was only the rooms on the right hand side that had them on the balcony so I asked to be moved to the left hand side where they were behind a wall and I managed to get to sleep.(the staff were very helpful and accommodating when I asked to move rooms) I didn’t like there being no tea making facilities in the room.

Basically everything you need is there. The rooms are spacious. There is a balcony. The staff is always smiling. It is good in terms of cleaning. It is quite affordable and gave a lot of value for money. I have stayed in hotels of the same company in BKK often. I came here trusting this and it did not disappoint.

The cleaning lady was brilliant on floor 4 .always made are beds an helped us in any way possible .the reception area was really good aswel an good staff always had smile on ther face made us so welcome .an the dining area was superb .Great food an good chef .it was that good ive booked again in November for 3 weeks 😁

No fault of the hotel. There can be noise from a outside bar playing music until 3:00 am if you have a room facing the street. It is no fault of the hotel. They are very accommodating if the noise is a bother.

The hotel has a goood location, walking distance from the beach and walking street. The staff, both at reception and the ones servicing the rooms, are very helpful and respond to requests quickly. The rooms are well laid out and comfortable.

The rooms in the front of the hotel, facing Soi 13, have a noise problem, since there is a bar nearby which places very loud music till 2 AM. The rooms at the back of the hotel are quiet, but the only view you have is of the balconies of other hotel rooms.

My second stay it was excellent, staff were great, cleaning fantastic, bell men excellent, very accommodating, would recommend to everyone,

All the staff were friendly and always had a smile. Doors were always monitored by the lads and opened for you as you entered and left.
