I liked the size of the hotel room, it was spacious. The large balcony offered a beautiful view of the sea. The hotel is close to a lot of entertainment venues, but it was quiet. Nothing interfered with sleep. The bed was comfortable. The water pressure in the bathroom is good. Great and friendly staff. Daily cleaning with replacement of towels. Water and tea/coffee making facilities are available.

Everything was very good but the only thing that would make me happier is more lighting of the room at night, since I like it to be light. But these are minor things.

Friendly staff, go in & out anytime. Always helpful. Excellent location only few steps to the beach. All the famous malls & eateries are nearby.

Location to the beach, and the town. Lots of things to do. Massage parlor right across the street.

Pool was too warm. Not always towels there for the guests.

For me two features stand out - the view from an ocean facing room is exceptional. The second outstanding feature for me was the staff. I have stayed at the hotel many times over the last 25 years - the last around 10 years ago. I was surprised and delighted to be greeted by the Receptionist with "Welcome back Mr R.." The Staff were terrific - among the best I have encountered in my 50 odd years travelling the world

My room was a bit tired- The room had the same fit out as I remember it 25 years ago

As described - clean, well run hotel. Cleaning staff were excellent - whenever I returned the room was cleaned. Room was spacious and the view was excellent.

Tried to extend my stay but was easier to do online than at reception.

Staff all very friendly , pool area nice, rooms comfortable and cleaned daily- 24 hour reception very helpful

maybe put the room service menu in every room with the menu options numbered so it is easy to order

The staff were so accommodating and friendly. The room was kept clean, and the fridge was a bonus. The location is brilliant. Fantastic value for money.

Over priced for what they offer. Much better within walking distance at a much better financial rate. Room very dated and needed much work. Nothing like the photos. Limited staff with nothing after midnight. No staff at reception at this time and no security.

Location was great just a half block from beach road. I opted for the best room available and was not disappointed. Beautiful suite on the top floor with 2 balconies with ocean view. House keeping very attentive. Lobby very attractive with excellent staff and doorman

The staff were excellent, friendly and accommodating. Easy location to the beach and the nightlife. Parking if you hire a car or bike. Good aircon. Felt very safe here.

The shower has a fixed head, so you can't angle it or move it.
