The location was absolutely perfect for our needs. One of the most enjoyable aspects of the hotel was the breakfast service which was enjoyed every morning on the outdoor terrace watching the day begin.

Their website said the hotel is guest friendly, meaning you can invite company to your room. This is NOT correct. The hotel charged a fee of 500 baht for each guest temporarily visiting. This came as a disappointment as prior to booking an enquiry was sent to the hotel via email and the reply affirmed there were no such fees. Well, there are, so be prepared for the extra expense.

Location was perfect. Recommend ocean front rooms worth the extra. We started in a seaview room as the ocean front rooms were booked out when we booked. We changed to a ocean front room after 5 days the extra money was worth it. Staff were all very helpful and polite especially the manager on duty that helped us with the room change.

Breakfast was okay but would probably give it a miss next time as it's not very hot but most breakfast buffetts are the same everywhere. Balcony's on the seaview rooms have an air-conditioning unit on them leaving room for only one chair and if the air-conditioning is on the heat from the unit makes it way too hot to sit out there. makes it way too hot to sit out there. Seafront rooms don't have the air-conditioning unit and have 2 chairs. Only other problem was the wanker in the room next door's 'guest' was banging on our door to come in at 5am.(she had the wrong room)

This is a beautiful hotel located centrally on Pattaya's main beach with lots of shops and bars in a short walking distance plus the boulevard to walk along right outside. The staff were very cheerful and helpful. The reception area is large and stunning. The room was really nice and comfortable with lots of small extras, a mini bar and an information file (which is sadly missing in a lot of hotels). The breakfast had a large choice of both Asian & European food with a fresh egg cooking area. From lunchtime onwards the restaurant becomes a swanky Indian restaurant until midnight with a nice outside area close to the street. We ate there twice and the food was superb and you can also order room service. Plus the internet is secure and they have car parking spaces in the basement. All in all a great stay and we would definitely recommend it and would book again.

There was nothing that we disliked about this hotel.

It was a last-minute decision to book accommodation in Pattaya over Christmas/New Year period (probably busiest time of the year), so I wasn't able to book the same room for 8 straight nights, hence ended up with 6 different bookings (in 6 different rooms, meaning a 12pm check-out and 2h wait for our next room to be available). Tried contacting the hotel before arriving, to consolidate the bookings, but it wasn't possible. However, after checking in, it was a simple task for the hotel to consolidate our individual bookings, which meant we could stay in the same room for our entire holiday

Nothing really, but here's my pet hate Theres a door btw the dining room and front of the hotel, which you need to pass through in order to eat breakfast outside and enjoy the magnificent beach views. Sometimes the door is open, and other times in closed (to keep inside cool??). It's difficult to carry food from inside to outside, at the same time holding the door open. There's alway lots of waiters walking around, not doing much. It'd be good if they could hold the door open, when they see a guest taking their breakfast outside

Staff very friendly, hotel in good condition and located close to beach, bars and good restaurants. We had a beach facing room (Deluxe King) with a huge ultra-comfortable bed which was great. Breakfast had a good selection of freshly cooked foods and salad bar from 7am-11am. Room tidied up daily (not cleaned) with fresh towels.

Lighting in the bathroom could be improved as my wife found it difficult for making up (small thing). Having paid way, way, way over the top for the room (Lunar New Year period) it was disappointing to have to pay an additional THB35 for one bottle of water taken by mistake from ref instead of the "free' bottle (another small thing)

Solid building that is maintained fairly well. Most locations are wheel chair accessible. They use electronic key cards for room access. About the room: The room has good blackout curtains and a great bed. The LCD TV looks good. Luggage area is in entrance area and is large enough for a modern suitcase. Plenty of storage in drawers and closet. There is a working telephone. The safe is large enough for a 16" portable computer. You get clean washcloths and towels every day. Super A/C to chill you down. + Good staff to serve the customers. The exercise room is climate controlled; only one treadmill is out of service. The sauna is out of order. The steam room is very good. Lots of towels at the swimming pool.

The breakfast area is infested by birds... they fly about through out the area... I have seen them land on the tables... this is not a good situation. They nest in the rafter areas. I avoided that end of the restaurant. The room: The refrigerator is somewhat small and was stocked 10 items for sale which reduce available space. I had to defrost the freezer area using the blow dryer ;) Sharp 1" edge at floor tile between bathroom and hall. Just a note: the swimming pool is on a raised level that is accessible only by stairs.

Overall, it is good, and the breakfast is wonderful because the hotel serves a variety of food. The location is perfect, which enables us to access the centre quickly. The staff is friendly

1) intelligent control is unsuitable for senior citizens who might not know how to deal with it. 2) I was told that if I wanted to get the room to face the sea, I had to upgrade my room...this was not explained when we booked the room

breakfast was generous selection location is perfect on the beach close to everything room size and comfort excellent

false advertising on BALCONY. its a 2ftx2ft place hardly fits one chair and has the AC extractor blowing hot air at 40degrees. Cant sit even for 2 minutes! see picture attached
