I had an easy check in experience. The room was nice. The bed was comfortable. It wasn't the fanciest hotel around, but it was clean and quiet. Also you can find it easily from anywhere on the strip. The color is some kind of 1970's pink inside and out

I always wish hotels had better TV channels. These were mostly in Thai Language and Content.

The most convenient location for ocean view. Handy for early morning walk on the beach. Staff is always friendly. Room service is very good. Close to amineties and public transportation. Convenient seeming pool. Room was adequate and clean.

No walk-in showers. All rooms equipped for bath. Little difficult for special need and elderly personnel.

It's not the first time staying here & it won't be the last time & the staff are the nicest people you could meet the location is perfect thank you I can't wait to get back already & we only left yesterday.

The pool area closed at 10pm could be later witch would be great maybe 12pm

The hotel has great history and a real atentic Thai experience. The rooms are big enough beds extra extra large very clean and right in the centre of Pattaya beach. Highly recommend

The only thing missing is room service ( food )

It is an older building that used to be 'grand' but it is not so grand anymore. However, that is reflected in the low price.

Been staying at the AA hotel soi 13 beach Road since 1998 every time I’m in Pattaya.. it hasn’t changed at all fantastic location with the swimming pool on the 4th floor overlooking the beach…. Excellent value highly recommended

There are no balcony’s but you get used to it

The location was ideal, within walking distance of many attractions, bars, clubs and eateries, It was excellent value for money, much better than I was expecting.

There isn't anything I can criticise for the price charged for my stay.

very handily located to Beach Road and you can easily walk to a lot of bars and restaurants. Mikes Shopping Centre is also a short distance away. The property itself was in good condition and staff were most helpful in assisting with any inquiries. The rooms were quite comfortable. I did hear comments from another guest that the hot water in their shower was intermittent but mine was fine.

Nothing really. The pool on the 8th floor requires work on the ladder to get in and out. The brackets are almost broken and will eventually give way.

Best location, best value for your money.

It is not a new building anymore and some areas could need an uplift.
