Friendly staff, a small yet modern and clean room, a very comfy bed, and in walking distance of the event I was there to attend. This place is a surprising gem of a find to stay at a budget in Pattaya, The oversized smart TV ensures Netflix entertainment if you get tired of the surrounding nightlife.

Not that it's something I minded - could imagine it being relevant for other guests as a downside though: The room has no windows, and the wet bathroom is rather tiny. The fact that the maps pin leads you to a massage parlor could be confusing (the accommodation is on top), but don't let that scare you away. Will definitely stay here again.

It is a bit tricky to find entrance from the street so one might need to ask people around. I could hear noize from the street but that is something I got used. It stops usually after 2 AM.

This was a very nice place to stay in Pattaya. The location is good, in the centre of the nightlife area, but inside the room, it's peaceful. The room was recently updated and was very nice, with a comfortable bed, huge TV, and clean appearance. Cleaners come when requested, unlike many Thai hotels where they'll wake you up every day to come in! It was very convenient. I will definitely come here again if I return to Thailand. It exceeds expectations for this type of facility.

The room was very clean, good size,and had all amenities except toothbrush/paste (which is normal in Thailand). Everything in the room functioned perfectly well and it looked up-to-date. Inside the hotel was very quiet, with solid walls (rooms are much nicer than entry way would indicate). Location is right in the heart of Pattaya.

It can be hard to find or contact the manager for check-in. You're supposed to ask at the adjacent massage shop but they seemed confused and had to shout for the owner to come down. There is no reception area at all and entry is only via a key. The entry can be hard to see on the street - very narrow. Steep stairs to rooms. This is a bar and massage street so expect some noise at night.

It had everything one would need. Amazing restaurant with a rooftop bar. Laundry facility in the hotel. An amazing staff. I’m very clean and spacious rooms. If you want to stay in the Siloam area, I highly recommend giving this hotel a chance. You will not be let down. It is also located within a courtyard/mall type property with other restaurants and massage shops all within 20 feet of the hotel.

Great location, you have some privacy coming and going, and the people are kind. I had left sunglasses and a phone charger; they held them for me for weeks until I could get back to pick them up.

Hotel itself is great, but you have to carry a lot of bulk around with you between the room key, the thing used to turn on electricity, and the giant block you need to access the entry gate.

Large fridge. Huge internet connected TV that linked to my phone so I could watch holiday photos on it Quiet effective AC. Lots of free water and clean large kettle in room. Bed was very comfortable. Great locatuon

Had to be careful on the very steep metal stairs when entering the building

The room was big and very clean. The refrigerator had convenient water and beer. The owner was quite nice to me. The property was very secure. The room facing the street had a fun balcony and the room not facing the street was quiet. The WiFi on the third floor was strong.

The WiFi on the top floor could have been a bit stronger. I wish there was a small desk in the room

The owner and staff was friendly. They do their best to help you. The location is very good. There are plenty of facilities around

The entrance is a bit narrow and it has as steep stairs. Not a problem to me however it may be a problem to carry luggages to up for some people.
