Cleanliness and security

Hello Trip was fantastic .. except one person who worked on Dec 11th morning time at front desk… That man was so rude.. I asked him for water he denied saying we don’t give anything during the checkout day. What??? Seriously I paid for until I check out 12pm. And I would have extend my stay for several reasons but that persons behavior was not good. All other people were nice.

The location of the hotel is very superior, the scenery is very charming, the beauties at the front desk are all very warm, friendly and patient to solve problems for me, the food in the restaurant is very delicious, different kinds will be changed every day, and the guest rooms are very clean and tidy. All the service staff are very warm and warm as if they were home. If I come to Pattaya again, I will still stay here.

The location is great. right in the center of action. very clean.

The breakfast was very limited. the bed mattress was uncomfortable. it was the old version mattress. the one with the springs and a bar in the middle. its shocking a hotel this fancy would have that!!

Location is amazing the room layout and balcony is perfect and cozy i had a very good view of the Pattaya sign and the Beautiful downtown beach area,

Price was just a little higher than I like but it was new year's eve and high season so it was actually a great deal

The elevator lighting (in both elevators) is so dim it was humorous. As soon as people entered, phones would come out to use the flashlights to read the buttons. Also, our room had hot water to the sink, but not the shower. The tap water temperature isn’t icy, so it wasn’t a big deal for one shower.

Location was perfect to everything i wanted to do in the area, Lots of shops, resturants etc. all in walking distance.

Staff didnt really understand or help with all the questions i had, they really tried their best. Also there was building happening in the room above me which was kind of loud so i was forced to leave my room.

Location was perfect we was suited on the level 3 same level as roof side pool, very clean modern good view great value for money

Breakfast was a little let down selection not so much but food was good only 2 choices of juice but apart from that I’d deffo stay again

Friendly staff and any issues with the room were taken care of immediately. The hotel is across the street from the beach. Great value for your money.
