Location, staff and pool. One of the best views of Pattaya from rooftop pool 😊

Everything was great except no jug/kettle in room and no tea/coffee available so only a minor thing

really lovely staff and very dedicated cleaning personell, tried to find a timeslot to clean the room even though I would usually sleep in until very late. I commend that! In general, very professional and used to international tourism. especially loved my room - I don't know about the others but I think I had the best one, located in the top floor at the end of the corridor where the balcony view pointsright on the Pattaya City sign hill. balcony is super huge and the bathroom is great. oh and it has a nice fridge and a safe, perfect. thanks guys! had a great stay.

water kettle missing in the rooms. you would need to go down to the reception floor every time you want to make yourself a tea or a coffee. The have a huge water cooker there for everyone.

The hotel's location is close to everything you might need. The street is quiet enough, nothing disturbs your sleep. There is almost no car noise and noise from bars is minimal. There is a bar right next to the entrance to the hotel where they can prepare you various cocktails or just give you beer. The air conditioning in the room is quite good compare to hotels I have been to before in Pattaya. There is a nice balcony. There is a safe in the room. Cleaning is daily with towel replacement. The Internet works, not very fast, but sufficient. The bed is hard, but it was comfortable to sleep. There is no breakfast at the hotel, but there are many places to eat nearby.

I was very surprised when I saw that the hotel room had a door connecting to the next room. I was lucky that there were no neighbors for most of my stay. But over the past two days, the neighbors behind this door have taught me some Italian words, porca Madonna, without even knowing it. I liked everything except this door. There were no towels around the pool, this could be improved.

Everything was ok. Handy location near to different facilities, such as malls, bars, shops, adult nightlife activities and the beach. The room was big enough. At the rooftop there is a swimming pool.

During my first night, I stayed at a normal room and it was not very clean. I guess they need to change the toilet. It looks very old and stained. But I guess you get what you paid for. From second night onwards, I have upgraded to a sea view room and it was completely clean. Above of average. So my conclusion is that they don't spend that much time cleaning the normal rooms. So if you can, just get the good ones. It's not that expensive though.

The staff were helpful and friendly, room was nice and clean with a comfortable bed. The location was great 2 minutes walk to the beach restaurants and shops in walking distance and nice bar on the property and right across the road was the Sportsman Pub and Restaurant with a great Sunday roast. I'll stay there again

There was nothing I didn't like

I like the hotel location and ambience. It's very close to the beach that is a big advantage for any traveller whether single or with friends or even with family. Approach road is also good with no disturbance of freelancers specially if you are walking with your family.

The property can improve more on the cleanliness, english and the restaurant they have in the front. I felt that the music should be played day and night for the customers to sit and relax at the bar.

No wow factor, but value for money. Really friendly staff, and amazing wiev from rooftop pool. Would definitely book another stay if I should return.

Location is fantastic, size of the penthouse was amazing and the cleaning of the rooms was excellent

It’s a shame there is no breakfast included (we knew that there was not before booking but even still it would have been nice to have had the option). The bathroom cabinetry needs repair/replacement but that’s only a minor comment. A washing machine would also be very handy.

Location was perfect. Close to the beach, great restaurants and bars local, walking distance to nightlife, amazing massage shop just outside and the road is very quiet compared to all the others in the area.

Rooms need modernising but beds are comfortable.

Great location, 5 minutes walk from the beach. Surrounded by a great choice of bars and restaurants. Room was spacious, cleaned every morning. Bed was comfortable. Lovely hotel ran by friendly staff.

Internet was terrible and the lifts are slow, best to take the stairs.
