This is a budget property at a great location in Pattaya right on 2nd street about 500 m - 700 m from Beach Road on South Pattaya side and about 500 m from the Famous walking street With everything you need around the corner from Convence Stores to Bank's and Exchanges, Bars to Indian Restaurants and Street Food famous Massage of Thailand everything is a walking distance away... Clean Room, Very Good Staff. AC cooling was an issue but it was resolved by shifting to another room.

The room attendants were incredibly considerate, ensuring not to disturb us until we woke up, which was a thoughtful touch. The hotel is located in a quiet area, making it a perfect getaway for those seeking to sleep peacefully. The staff were generally very friendly, but two team members, in particular stood out. Tae, from the front office greeted us warmly every time with a genuine smile, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Fang, who worked at the spa reception, went above and beyond with her friendliness. She engaged with us regularly, checking how we were doing and recommending several great places to visit. What made my stay truly memorable was the thoughtful surprise from Tae and Fang. Knowing that I was celebrating my birthday they surprised me with a small cake and a lit candle. Though it was a simple gesture, it made my birthday incredibly special and added a personal touch to my experience. For anyone looking for a quiet and serene stay in Pattaya, I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel.

FRONT DESK BOTH LADY STAFF ARE HELPFUL & WELL BEHABIOUR . EXCELLENT LOCATION FOR FAMILY, GOOD ROOM, NEAT AND CLEAN. I LOVE TO STAY AGAIN. IF I VISIT PATTAYA. MET MY EVERY EXPECTATION. NO ANY COMPLAIN.

Clean room in a quiet location because the hotel is set back behind second road down an alleyway. But it's only a stones throw away from all the restaurants bars malls beech nightlife.

The staff, location, bed, bedding, coffee, Sat TV, room safe, spa next door and if you go ask for Bae! Best foot massage ever! Didn’t eat anything. I love the Japanese’s feel to the hotel as well.

Only issue I had was while on the forth floor I wanted to take the stairs down and they were NA! The exit was blocked and that’s a MAJOR FIRE HAZARD!! But anyway they did move me to the third floor where the stairs worked if I needed them.

Hi guys Anthony here from Ireland I've stayed here a couple if times and what stood out for me was the staff exceptional cannot say how friendly and accommodating they are you will b greeted with a smile and a swadeeka every time they see you two out if ten I will definitely stay again the beds are so comfortable and big a balcony is a must for me view was lovely all around a really enjoyable few stays and will stay again 100%

The room was spacious and very clean. Upon return from the daily outings the room was presented exceptional with clean linen. The staff also had a happy nature and ensured everything was okay. Tucked away in an alley was quiet from street noise and other disturbances. A great stay and highly recommend for future travels.

The room is relatively quiet, beautiful lighting, clean, there is a kettle... Good massage at the hotel.

There are rooms with windows opening onto internal ventilation. This fan runs intermittently and makes noise in the room.

no clothes dryer and not enought hangers for the towels in bathroom, no true closet bathroom is generalny ok, but "japanese style" and not very ergonomic (one towel hanger in double room?!), very few shelve in bathroom, not very comfortable sink

Bed was very comfortable, staff friendly, nice quiet location, but very central. I love it for location and no road or bar noisr so can sleep early if you want. Stayed there a few times already 👍
