The location is one of the great selling point of this hotel. No matter you want to go for eat or shopping, it is very convenient for you to travel by taxi or walk. Besides, every rooms face the Pattaya Beach, you do not need to make any special request for it.

Same old issue, the carpet, hahahaha. Everyone should understand that no matter how well they clean the carpet, it is still very dirty. And it is my fault that I forgot to request a room without carpet.

Royal Twins Palace is an old hotel in second road , despite the age is well mantained and the staff is attentive to customer's needings, so the stay is always pleasant... a big pool and rooms with balcony make me choose it, and of course if you are looking for a new hotel this is not for you, ,, , but the amazing view and the relaxed atmosphere of this hotel are a big plus for me, , , ,,PS every room got a powerful AC conditioner, so is possible to set the temperature , so useful , in my opinion comfort of this place is even better than many more expensive hotels.

Of course rooms can be improved, but enough good for me, i would like a more easier procedure for the guest access, i mean if you have a guest you must go together to reception to fill a module and both sign in front of the receptionists , , ,it seems a bit dated style, that i don t find in other hotels,,,,i think that keep the id card of the guest is enough like all hotels do... for the rest i can say that everything is aged ..... but everything it works !

We have been choosing Royal Twins for years before COVID. It has a great location that you can travel anywhere in anytime throughout the day. Shopping mall, restaurants and massage shops are all nearby. With the amazing swimming pool, you're able to stay in the hotel for a whole day.

Since there are more and more parasite case occurring around the world, it is better to remove all the carpet nowadays and it is also good for the hotel managing the cleaning and sterilising.

I am surprised that they provided a room that does not have any carpet covered on the floor. I mentioned in my previous comment that I do not like room with carpet but since the location and service are good, I still prefer to stay here. However, I am not sure if they remember this or mark down, I got a room without carpet. I am so surprised and happy with the arrangement.

I hot water supply was not very stable and is not easy to control. The water may not be too hot at the beginning but it will suddenly became very hot when I was washing my hair. When I tried to adjust it, the temperature became too cold at the end.

Greta location, huge pool, good value and comfortable rooms

The bed was hard but ok. This would of been a luxury 5 star hotel 20 years ago. The huge pool and stunning lobby show that. But many facilities like the gym are closed down and the rooms are dated but comfy.

The hotel is in an excellent location, set back from the road so relatively quiet. The rooms are large and comfortable with small balconies. I had a room on the 12th floor and the view was stunning! Very big and clean swimming pool. The staff were all lovely and very helpful. Exceptional value for money.

The staff were so friendly , remembered my little girl and always talked to her and made her feel special. Room was big and amazing view of pattaya. Staff was so friendly. Pool was nice and relaxing

hard mattress , swimming pool not illuminated in the night so it close early , at 19:00. It will be better to have a safe box in the rooms

The only thing I can say, that the furniture being a little outdate it's not quite in line with current design trends. Breakfast could have been a little better.

It's located in the centre of Pattaya. You can easily travel to Jomtien Beach or other attractions. Technically, all the rooms can enjoy the seaview. You do not need to spend time to check out which number has better view. Swimming pool is clean.

The lighting is not enough during the night time when you are coming back or going out. It is better for you to turn on the flesh from your mobile.
