-The location was amazing.. -It is in dark, bad and bumpy street! So noisy cars and motorcycles avoid driving infront of hotel..so it was very quiet! -comfy beds, room very comfortable and wide.. -room service were excellent and dont make noise - blackout thick curtains were effective in blocking early sunlight...so sleep was amazing

Swimming pool was small and boring...but it's ok if you can go to beach instead

Whisper hotel is a nice place to stay, located in a narrow street close to bhuakao market and not far from second road, we can say a convenient location , walking street, Royal garden plaza and beach road at walking distance. The Avenue complex just around the corner..., coming to the stay i have been surprised to the comfort of the room, spacious with a huge bathroom and balcony, plenty of electrical oulets in the right place.... above the bed there is a pleasant lighting reminiscent of a city skyline, and a saxophone-like neon is very pleasant and beautiful to see. I have been to four and five star hotels that did not have these solutions. Another reason that you could choose this hotel is the quietness , if you like to avoid the noises and music all night long this is the right place, a beautiful roof top pool provided .I haven' t try the food , breakfast is avaliable , in conclusion an hotel with an exceptional value for money, where everything works and the staff is very professional, rooms are also soundproof , with a massive and sealed door and , again, i have seen expensive hotels with poor isolation....

the hotel is not well known by the taxi and bike taxi , not realy a big issue ,just provide a map

The location is perfect, close to everything and still very quite. The balconies are nice and provide good view and place to stay and enjoy after the sunset.

The cleanliness and housekeeping were excellent. The breakfast had limited options but was still good, and the chef was very helpful and friendly. My room, bathroom and balcony were all very spacious. The location is near the city center, close to markets, coffee shops and bars.

Some of the reception staff during the daytime were a bit grumpy and not very friendly. The street where the hotel is located is calm and quiet but it gets quite dark at night. The road is also bumpy because of the construction site near the hotel.

Great staff. Didn't need much from them but always smiling and greeting me. Room cleaning perfect. Roof top pool great. Perfect location- away from the craziness but only 5-7 minutes walk and you can find a baht bus and one of thw major streets that goes along the bay. Rooms are very spacious with a sofa and table as well as a balcony also with tables and chairs. Shower great, lighting in room great - in fact zero to say that is negative or constructive. For the price, this is a bargain

The hotel had a modern look and feel. The downstairs foyer area had a lovely smell with music playing as where the corridors. The room where very clean and comfortable. The hotel was very close to a great restaurant which we ate at twice a 7 Eleven store and a very large market under cover There was a large swimming pool with plenty of loungers

When checking i we asked for directions to walking Street and was told to Google it and we where not taken to our room The worst was the very bad Wi Fi. You continually had to log in with 2 phones and laptops a real pain

Big rooms with a balcony. Separate shower and toilet. Central and quiet area. Friendly and helpful staff Between 2nd Road and Soi Buakhao, Baht buses on both streets. Easy walk to the markets.

I can't really fault this hotel.

The room is very spacious, huge. A large, comfortable bed, a beautifully designed interior—quite unusual for hotels of this kind. Various lighting options, floor-to-ceiling windows, and the possibility to open the curtain and watch what's happening in the shower from the bed. Quiet location, very close to Walking Street. Just a few steps away, there’s an affordable café with quite tasty food.

Was really dirty when I checked-In, but then they cleaned my room every day. Have to cross two nasty roads to get to the beach

A little bit old needs maintenance and remodeling I stayed at the same hotel 8 yrs ago The room is the same there is damage in bed furniture but its okay overall I booked with meals Only ate once I was expecting a buffet it wasn’t The service was good though and they tried thoroughly

Rooms were nice and spacious, Seven eleven was close by, shower had a good pressure. it is a 7 mins walk from the beach. Door-boy is always smiling. but can't say the same about the rest of the staff. bed was soft. i would have given 10 of 10 if the staff was any good.

the level 2 room absolutely has no view at all if you are given room on the rare side, balcony opens upto a rooftop. Staff is pretty rude, felt like they were forced to work but had no passion for what they are doing. I was given two coffee sachets, which got over, so the next morning i asked for two more, i was told "no sorry, we don't give extra coffee sachets". I had to walk to seven eleven to buy my coffee. The staff seemed old and lethargic. the lady was behaving like a jail supretendant.
