Very good central location, but quiet enough to be able to relax + sleep. Really good choice at breakfast including Western and Asian dishes and eggs to order. Concierge was very helpful in fact all stafff were helpful and polite.

The only thing that I didn;t like was the excessive cost for a late checkout. In fact so much so I checked out and walked down the street with all my luggage to a decent hotel where I had a room for 699 Baht.

Very convenient for food, drink, and night life. And walking distance to the beach. Busy area but close to every thing.

Didn’t like it when two small girls of my of Thai family came to visit me and hotel wanted 350 BHT from each to swim in the pool.

Value for money. It is aged building but the room was big enough and clean. The location is slightly away from the beach but convenient to both night life zone. The breakfast buffet has many choices.

The swimming pool is closed very early The closest bar on the street made a large live music noise over the night. But I could sleep well.

So overall the hotel was great and within walking distance of both: the beach and the bar streets. The room was large, the bed was comfortable, and the Smart TV was a nice surprise. The pool was awesome and the fitness center even had some decent weight dumbells. Also, most of the staff were extremely friendly and professional.

The housekeeping staff was one of the worst I had experienced in Thailand though. They'd never come around to turn down the room when I was out. And whenever I asked them to, they'd just give me an annoyed look and sometimes didn't even say a word. I was tipping 10% the going room rate but even then they'd just bring in new towels, maybe sweep the floor, and didn't even bother with the bathroom, dirty glasses, or anything like that. And it showed coz the shower cabin looked like it hadn't seen a bottle of bleach in years. The mold was so disgusting I ended up just showering in the bathtub.

It’s a nice hotel, we ended up in a super king size bed which was amazing and comfortable, the rooms are large, the bath is nice. There is a little balcony that works well because you’ve can close that off and stops any noise coming in from all of the nearby venues. Which brings me the location, you are amongst it all yet Able to close your windows and it’s quiet and peaceful, the top pool is great, the staff always friendly, I would recommend this place as a safe and comfortable Hotel. walk down the soi, and you are at Beach Road, walk around the corner and you are in so you are in soi buakhaw. Any places all around you to hire a motorbike, heaps of restaurants, offering traditional Thai food added regional price, the hotel itself is associated with the wizards bar which has a whole bunch of Kraft beer, very yummy.

Location is fantastic close to everything and easy to reach A bit of noise at night coming from outside, but after all, you are in a very lively and vibrant city and you must expect that

The hotel gives you only one key card and you must leave it at the reception every time you go out because they are afraid that you keep AC on.This is not acceptable when you share a room with another person...if you go out and stay out late on your own than the other person has to be disturbed...I could manage to get a second key all right but this is not the point. Also the room they gave us at the arrival had a faulty AC and we had to move to a different one but the staff was excellent in helping us. Breakfast is not one of the best regarding choice but is passable and once again staff is so nice that you don't mind about it. Overall, we had a pleasant stay

Everything great! You have rooms towards a quiet street and rooms towards the bar area. Request one towards the hotel entrance for better sleep ;)

Staff was friendly and I especially loved that they let me check in early cause I had travelled 20 hours straight and arrived 0700am and they let me check in at 0900am even tho actual check in -time was 2pm

Cleaning was a bit lousy. Toothpaste in sink and hairs in floor.

Delicious Breakfast - clean spacious dining area and the quality of the food we beyond what I expected. Self service from a buffet arrangement. Choice of Thai meat and vegetable dishes with noodles or rice. Full range of fresh sliced fruits along with western dairy products. If a western style breakfast is preferred - bacon, sausages and eggs or cold meats and cheese - plenty of variety. There were always selections of fruit juice. Great Fresh coffee (beans ground in the machine) was brought to the table. The staff waiting on us during breakfast would always offer to bring another coffee or more toast. I'm 2 metres tall - 130 kg and would eat enough for two so as to be full for a day at one of Pattaya's fishing parks. Without a doubt the best hotel breakfast I've eaten during 30+ visits all over Thailand.

I stayed here for 4 days but its good as described. The main thing I looked for was the bath tub and it was good. Its near to Walk street as well hardly 10 mins walk to the street and can feel the beach as well. Staff and receptionist was very friendly and they help you out with anything. Please give them tips 20/B (not more) few times to the cleaning lady as well whenever necessary to make more friendly :)

Only problem I seen was suddenly bad smell of drain comes in the washroom and lasted for 1 day. Even I complained to the staff but they were not able to understand what I was telling because they cant understand Indian English as well
