The spacious room in our junior suite was very enjoyable. Having two separate AC units was a huge plus. We were able to keep the temperature in the bedroom different from the temperature in the living area.The kitchen came with a pair of silver forks & spoons, plates, and bowls. There is a stovetop for cooking (pots and pans not included).The microwave worked great for heating leftovers. We enjoyed our large dining room table. The big refrigerator was clean, with its own separate freezer. The TV had lots of channels and an excellent picture. The TV remote worked. The couch was comfortable and big enough to sleep on. I could fall asleep on the couch in front of the TV just like I do in my own home!! We loved the cozy little balcony with a good view of the city. The king-size bed is very comfortable and warm(we deliberately kept the air temperature cold). The shower worked great. Room cleaned daily. Freindly staff! Location is half a minute's walk to 7-11, and a five-minute walk to the bar scene off Soi Buakhao. This hotel is quiet and relaxing, with a feeling of luxury. Friendly staff! We will stay at this hotel again on our next trip.

There is nothing that we didn't like about the hotel itself. Please be aware that in order to get from the hotel to the bar scene on Soi Buakhao, one has to cross the two-way traffic on 3rd Road. For a pedestrian crossing the street, it can be a bit intimidating with the fast-moving traffic. But you'll get used to it. Please dont let the hotel's location deter you from staying here. (Note: the 7-11 is on the same side of the street as the hotel).

The hotel's location was excellent, the layout and theme reminded me of Greek/Roman luxury. My junior suite was larger and more luxurious than I expected. The cafe was well located with excellent food including breakfast and dinner, both made to order by the chef. The cafe overlooked a central courtyard that contained the swimming pool which I enjoyed swimming in. The staff were courteous, helpful and professional. I was very pleased with all aspects of my stay at Four Season's Place Pattaya.

Excellent hotel; convenient location only 100 meters to Soi Bokao, amazingly friendly welcome and staff. Met the GM at the lobby and what a nice gentleman! Rooms are huge and well decorated with very comfy bed, fresh linen and great shower, great Gym and nice pool! Strong wifi and fine breakfast which I purchased for only 190.- at a promotion they offered upon check-in. Nice Bar with delicious cocktails and the Wagyu burger at the Cafe was WoW… overall implacable service! Will be back next week!

Four Seasons Place is the best “value for money” hotel in Pattaya! Every room is Suite and the Junior Suite with balcony we stayed in was 60sqm with separate living area and kitchen! Very good wifi, nice pool & gym, good restaurant and bar! The staff are all super friendly and helpful! The hotel offers free transfer to Central Beach Shopping.

Rooms are gigantic and very comfortable. The furniture is on the older side but still very comfortable and clean

If you want to go for a walk there isn’t much to see and the sidewalks are falling apart and it’s very hard to walk on them. But thankfully there is a 7/11 right there by the hotel. It’s the best food in Thailand

Emergency sirens at times due to hotel being close to hospital and fire station. Also some motorcycles with load exhausts racing on main road. New double glazing would help problem. However, I would definitely stay there again. Thank you.

Breakfast, food so limited and small amounts of food compared with guests waiting for they breakfast. When I was there plates and cutlery was empty no glasses for drinking water. If have more staff to helping during busy time would be great 👍

I liked the size of the unit it was very spacious although a little dated and the staff were very helpful and efficient the management also especially lek who did all she could to help above and beyond really

The pool area was a bit cramped and the WiFi was in consistent and inadequate the food was OK but the menu restricted

Good location, a little set back from the Main Street which I see as a good thing. Staff were very nice and friendly.

The cleanliness was good, but there was room for improvements in the bathroom on the original day we got there. It was clean, but not thoroughly, it was more like it had a wipe over.

Everything is PERFECT! Great customer service, wonderful spacious room, very clean, comfy bed and hot shower! Good wifi, big & well equipped gym and nice restaurant & bar with tasty food and real good cocktails! Good & quiet location on 3rd road just a few minutes walk to Soi Bukao and free shuttle service to central beach shopping center!
