Everything was perfect

The hotel is very good and comfortable. The best part was Mr Sachin, who was very helpful polite and genuine. He helped me with all the directions, how to dave money and who to be safe. He also called his friend to get me information about bus terminal. I will give him 10/10 as hotel staff.

Rooms were clean and food was really good

Location might be a challenge as can waiting time was long and also local travel services was pretty weak in the location

AC too noisy, Rooms bit old. Need to be renovated

I like everything

Great hotel and amazing staff. Housekeeping was on point every time. The 2 ladies at the front were so welcoming, and genuinely kind. Sachin at the front was helpful and did his absolute best to assist me in booking for few more days. I cannot say enough good things about my the staff. Will return in few days again! Good location, good value for money

Google maps had difficulty to find this hotel and when we arrived at first nobody knew where the hotel is or gave us wrong instructions and it took us around one hour to find it within 200 metres from where we arrived. But finally we found the hotel advertisement on the street and the hotel itself. It turned out you should still walk around 200 metres after google maps say you have arrived :-) After everything went well and the stay was pleasant.

The room was beyond my expectations: clean, tidy, spacious, and well furnished with a balcony to take some drink or fresh air.

I didn't like the laundry service. I gave them some newly tailored clothes and a couple of pants and sportwears to clean and iron. It wasn't sure they cleaned the new shirts and pants. And none of them was ironed. A very disappointing service!

Other than the balcony at the entrance to the hotel, which is a good size. there’s nowhere to sit outside in the sunshine. But I knew that when I booked , and it won’t put me off going back

I liked the location, close proximity to the mosque and shops, 20mins walk to the beach.

Rooms were very poorly lit and shower pressure and hot water was inconsistent.
