Staff, all of them were super professional and friendly. Taking care of the room, being clean, new towels, and putting water bottles daily. Location was great for my needs. Easy come easy go to my room.

We loved our stay at Tycoon Place Garden. This is our second time staying here. The staff are such a lovely bunch of people. Very helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Very clean, pristine white bedding and towels. We will be back, the location was exactly where we like too be. Very quite but just a 10 minute walk too Soi Baukho and the busy bars and nightlife. And just 10 minutes walk too Walking Street. The pool was lovely and spotlessly clean. Would highly recommend this hotel.

The property has everything that you need to enjoy a vacation. There is a pool which is clean and maintained with a bar near it. There is a common area with a PS4 and coffee/tea available for free. The reception also has a refrigerator with common beverages(beer/soda) for purchase. Room cleaning is there and staff is very helpful. They also provide an electric kettle on demand. Although kettle and microwave are provided in the common area for everybody to use.

I just expected my room to be a bit bigger according to the information provided here. Maybe I had expected a little more after looking at the beautiful photos posted by the property.

The price is very cheap but still excellent hotel Big balcony Excellent location, little bit of a walk to beach It's one of the best pools I have swam in Excellent pool area clean showers and toilets Would highly recommend We will definitely be going back 👍 👌

The curtains in the wash room didnt fixed it, it stands based on the tension genrated between the walls and curtain rod, So thats the reason it felled wgile using it, thats the only thing i didnt like it

Clean, strategic location, easy access, reasonable price

Pool photo not real as big but actual is not as big as the photos. Cleaning room need to call, not automatically cleaning everyday. So sometimes day miss and still not be cleaned.

I would love to come back to the same place in some months, lovely hospitality with the receptionist team, they have'nt said no to anything, limited and lovely staff all around. We enjoyed our overall stay for 4 days and didn't miss my home at all.
