Everything you need in the rooms is there (air conditioning, TV, wifi and more). Shared terrace with pool (which we loved). And most importantly Friendly pet (our cat really enjoyed staying there). Very convenient location (big shops: Big C, Lotus's, beaches, Thepprasit Road Nightmarket and much more is quite close). Walking distance to various restaurants, 7-11 and a small market with everything you need, as well as a coffee shop (with very good coffee). My reason for choosing BEN & LEK GUESTHOUSE was location - it is very near the Pattaya Land Office. I had a condo sale scheduled for the next morning and needed to be at the Land Office before 9am the next morning. It was a 5 min walk from the guest house so super convernient.

I should've gone out earlier to eat dinner. I went out at 9pm and found all the local restaurants with air-con closed. Too hot and humid for the open air places. I did not want to bother with ordering a taxi and making it a late night so I bought some potato chipa and snacks from the local 7-11 and ate in the room. No big deal. TV signal was snowy but wi-fi worked well so I watched on my laptop. Again, no big deal.

It's a little bit tired, patio door comes off, thin walls, noisy neighbours occasionally. Drinking all night at the pool. But....People are on holiday, so.....overall, great Aircon, Internet, price and pretty good location.

Great location, not noisy, great pool, awesome owner (Peter) great value for money. Close to market, great ice coffee on corner. Spent 6 weeks here for the 2nd Yr in a row. Can't fault it for the money.

The owner was such a great man, he was so helpful. The location is super cool, the price is so cheap and the rooms are big, the bed is big and comfortable as well. Highly recommend this as this is one of the best places to stay in pattaya..

I Like the hospitality of our host Peter from Geneva, He is a very kind and helpful soul, He provided us with more than ever basic necessities during our stay, Never felt so comfortable during travel. We kept on asking for things which were not added in our package such as Ironing etc but Peter made sure we get everything we need on time.

This accommodation provides everything you need for a seamless travel experience. Its superb location places you in close proximity to all necessary amenities, and the main areas are only a mere 15-minute walk away.

The bed was a little hard.

The old boss of Switzerland was really friendly. A real dogs lover as I respect too. He even accepted that I change of rooms several times. At the end I was on the highest fllor in Ben and Lek guesthouse. I recommend this guesthouse, well-located I think too.
