Contact with the reception was quickly established through WhatsApp. On arrival, the Facility Manager heartily welcomed us. He showed us every Room and gave us many useful Tips. The transition of the Keys was easy. I was shown where the safety box was and how to deposit my essential documents and valuables safely. You will find a great Pool with a slide on the ground floor. The living room is significant, with direct access to the Swimming Pool. In this Living Room is a Pool Table. We had a good time playing Pool. The kitchen has every amendment you need to prepare meals and eat. A BBQ Place is available. On the First Floor are four spacious Bedrooms with access to a wonderful Balcony. Two Bedrooms are on the ground floor. Nearby, you will find a market with local restaurants, a 7-Eleven, and a Topsy. The restaurants make delicious food at a very nice price. Access to delivery of fresh foods was easy with Food Panda. All the Places and beaches are easy to find and close by. For Taxis, we used Grab and Bolt. The receptionist lady paid much attention to our stay and answered every request immediately. The Neighbor is a Legend and very friendly.

We had an amazing three-day stay at Joopland! The place is fantastic—beautifully maintained and perfectly located near Pattaya Beach and Walking Street. Sue is an absolute gem, ensuring everything was seamless and comfortable. With a 7-Eleven close by and delicious food available at reasonable prices, our experience was nothing short of exceptional. Huge kudos to the team—keep up the great work!

Everything about this Villa was a blessings from your dream vacation. No more words can describe how we end this trip with so much joy. The whole setup of this villa meet above standards and everything single thing are luxury.

No dislike..Maybe the only dislike is that I didnt make this bookings longer.

place had everything needed, full kitchen and BBQ area. we came down for a family getaway with another family in total 8 of us including 4 kids! has a retro gaming system, Smart TV, Pool table and slider in the pool. a lot of activities and is bang in the middle between Pattaya and jomtien! highly recommend it to anyone travelling with families, will be back
