This accommodation exceeded by far our expectations. First, I want to mention that the staff is very friendly, helpful and proactive. They really made our stay special with their attention, bright smile and friendliness. I can't thank these ladies enough. The room was sparkling clean. Cleaning service was offered daily. Whenever we didn't feel like having our room cleaned, the staff would leave fresh towels and toiletries without the need to even ask. They give you towels for the beach and swimming pool. The pools are also very clean and surprisingly larger than it looks on the photos (usually in hotels it's always the opposite). The gym was quite okay, too. There's always security staff at the premises and entrance doors are locked, therefore we felt very safe. There's fire alarm system in the building. There's a 7/11 and Tops Daily supermarket in 2 minutes walking distance, street food, laundry and restaurants. You can walk to Pattaya Park Night Market.

Had a fantastic time there. The staff was very friendly and always helped with questions. Cleaning was done every day, they also changed the water, you could borrow towels for the pool right at the reception. The hotel also has a laundry for a symbolic price. The location is quite convenient, 24-hour shops, restaurants and money changers were a couple of minutes walk away. The night market is also close, as is the bus station, which takes you to Bangkok airport. The rooms in the hotel itself are also very spacious

We stayed in room G502 from January 5 to 12, 2025, and had an overall wonderful experience. First of all, the room was spotlessly clean, which we truly appreciated. The price-to-quality ratio is excellent, fully meeting our expectations and making it a great value for money. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Special thanks to the lovely receptionists for their warm and professional attitude. Despite our late arrival due to a delayed flight, they waited for us to complete the check-in, which shows their exceptional service. The only small downside was the stove in our room, which didn’t heat well. Cooking was a bit of a challenge, as even frying eggs took about 20 minutes. However, this might be an issue specific to our room. Despite this minor inconvenience, everything else was amazing, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! If we visit Pattaya again, we will definitely return to this hotel. A little tip: book a room with a pool view – the view is stunning and adds a special touch to the overall experience.

Amazing apartment, very silent and clean. The stuff was always helpful, the location is nice: 20 min walking to Donghan beach. You can also take a tuk-tuk to get to the center I enjoyed staying there and I will definitely recommend it to the short and long staying

The wifi was not fast enough to have video calls, but if you gonna work, you can buy a SIM card with unlimited internet

The staff was great, from the cleaning ladies to security and Kat and Koy in the reception. The room is very comfortable, nice sofa, opaque curtains, nice bathroom, nice balcony, the kitchen worked pretty well for cooking some basic stuff and it also has a decent sized fridge. The space is clean, there's daily cleaning if needed and linen/towels change. The area is quiet, near the main road (where the baht buses run), and less than 5 minutes walking there's 7-11, food stalls, restaurants, laundromats, some bars, everything you might need is close by. There's a functional gym and nice pool area, both open early, you can get towels for the pool too. I extended my stay here.

There could be some more pots/pans and cutlery to prepare food, but otherwise still works pretty well for doing basic breakfast and such.

Reception staff & the cleaners were helpful and friendly. The cleaners were keen to do a good job and when I mentioned that I found the pillows too big and hard they replaced them with smaller softer ones, which made a big difference. The room was large & comfortable and well equipped and I used the kitchenette every day to cook breakfast. I also appreciated the running machine in the gym.

Reception closes at 9 which is no problem unless you arrive late on your first day. I was slightly worried that I wouldn't arrive in time to collect my key, but I made it in time.

The staff is very friendly. Pools are very comfortable for swimming. The apartment (2 bedroom) is really nice and very pleasant.

I know that mostly all people stay for the holidays, but I think a few working tables in the apartment would be a great additional thing.

The condo is absolutely amazing and I had a great view! The location was perfect not too far from everything but very comfortable and quiet at night. The staff was amazing. I rebooked to spend my last week in Thailand here at G residence!

We had a wonderful stay at this 2BHK apartment! The space was clean, spacious, and well-furnished — perfect for a comfortable and relaxing trip. Both bedrooms were cozy, the living room was great for unwinding, and the kitchen had all the essentials for light cooking. The apartment was in a great location, close to restaurants, cafes, and local attractions. Check-in was smooth and the host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. It truly felt like a home away from home. Highly recommended for families or small groups — would definitely return!

Excellent accommodation with fantastic pool and gym. Location is ideal, being a close drive to Jomtien and Pattaya, 2 minutes walk from a vibrant neighbourhood market. It made me feel very safe having security in every corner of the premises. Every staff member I met was super positive and helpful. The cleaning of the rooms is immaculate. Endless options for class takeaways from all around the city till late in the night, when you feel like eating in. Everything you need in a great holiday plus more,10/10.
