Hotel Zing made our stay cozy & convenient. Night shift receptionist was exceptionally helpful and friendly, when we came late at night & early check-in wasn’t possible she helped to call a cab & find another hotel to stay. This is just one example, whenever I asked for something she helped every time. Other receptionists were friendly but weren’t fond of helping. Cleaning staff & kitchen staff were all attentive and accommodating. Outdoor was clean & water was just right for swimming. Breakfast has good food choices including both western and Thai food options. Rooms are spacious & clean. Wi-Fi Location of the hotel is close to both Jomtien & South beach of Pattaya. 10baht tuk tuk will take you in 5-10mins. Also hotel is close to airport bus station. 7/11 is in 10m 😊 If you’re looking for affordable hotel this is a great place.

Shower water temperature was really difficult to adjust. Walls aren’t soundproofed, if you’re a light sleeper guests in neighbor rooms might wake you up 😬

Hotel is very nice. All staff is so nice and helpful.. managment is very helpful.. food amazing. Two swimming pool. Location perfect.. close to jomitien beach and Walking Street. 7Eleven outside hotel. Tuk Tuk and motorbike taxi also outside hotel..👍👍

The location - difficult to find transportation. Staff giving us very limited information as to where to find transportation. Where to go. What to do. Seems they are not from Pattaya.

I liked this place,nice rooms (i had super deluxe) they have two pools ,1 at the roof the otherone downstairs. They have breakfast every morning till 11 am,it can be crowdy sometimes,busbht stops in front the hotel to walking street or jomtien beach. Overall i liked my stay here and sure will come back.

- its too bad the hotel allow others guests to smoke at the swimming pool area,one day there were 7 guests smoking but not using the pool,also some guest need to bring their jbl speaker and entertain other guest with their russian music but who says we want that? - i noticed staff can act a bit more friendly towards guests,i stayed here a week but it was hard to find the so famous thai smile..esp at reception desk. -this hotel can be noisy depending on where you stay and what kind of guest you will get next to you,not everyone have manners to open en close a door the normal way. I asked for a room away from the street side but i got it anyway...so that can be noisy from cars etc. -the matras was sagged,and i had cold water in the shower during my stay but i didnt complain about it...

writing this review after coming back to India ... The location was good , 7- eleven is nearby .. The stay was comfortable and the room were decent enough to stay.. the staff was helpful also, there is a cafe also in the hotel only , the food was good enough .. They also replaced the dish when I found a hair in it without any arguments ... there is a pool area also , i didn't access it but swimming lovers will definitely love that! so overall the stay was nice and comfortable .. would love to stay in the same hotel when I visit Thailand again.. thank you 🇮🇳

Cool staff, nice pool. Honestly it was worth it.

We took 2 rooms with pool view/access. The balcony infront if the rooms is a dangerous hazardous war zone, you can never know where the bird shit will come from, it's just a surprise. They should put a roof or something there, cause all the birds will stand on the building and shit down on that place. And not to be racist or something, but the indian people are very disturbing, carrying their music Bluetooth speakers to the pool and putting music in the highest volume. Talking, laughing and Shouting in the hallways at 4am.

The internet was horrible and the TV was old. The shower will not seal and water goes everywhere

“A quality budget hotel” - exactly - top quality, I’d say. The room was super clean and spacious with a very comfortable bed and effective air conditioning. The location was ideal to ensure a good night’s sleep and it took 10 minutes by songthaew to Central Pattaya (beach/promenade/shops/restaurants and about 30 minutes (in traffic) to North Pattaya Bus Station (to Ekkamai, Bangkok). The songthaew stopped right in front of the hotel and a cab back at night was around 120 THB. It was actually walkable in good footwear but it depends on the heat and the individual. Breakfast served with a smile from 7 until 11 really was a great selection of Asian and Western food complete with a fresh eggs/omelette station. The coffee was good, as were the selections of teas and milks (dairy/soy/oat). There was also yoghurt and fruit compote :-) The pool areas looked clean and well-kept with sunbeds plus I enjoyed the front terrace area which was suitable for smokers and non-smokers alike!

There was nothing I didn’t like actually… I would have used a balcony had there been one with the room but there wasn’t…so no problem! A list of songthaew numbers that head back to the hotel from Central Pattaya would be really useful.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! It's conveniently located right on the main road, with everything you need just a short walk away. The staff was exceptionally friendly and always ready to help. Room service was provided daily, and I appreciated the complimentary mineral water and tea supplies replenished each day. Overall, a great experience and excellent value for money. Highly recommended!

The breakfast options are not suitable for Muslims, as most of the dishes contain pork. It would be appreciated if some halal or Muslim-friendly dishes could be added.
