Housekeeping service. Sometimes bed is not made for stay over. You leave the room at 8am, you put the sign please make my room and you come back at noon and room is not clean. For stay over, HK do not replace amenities like shampoo and coffee sticks. No button to exit the hotel, need to place the key card. So when you have a guest you need to go down to open the door. Check-in between 8am and 6pm but most of time nobody before 9am

This hostel is in a great location, there are various snack bars downstairs, close to the sea, close to the walking street for very cheap and delicious seafood, and close to the bus station so that you can walk to catch the morning bus from Pattaya to Suvarnabhumi airport. The reception staff was nice, the air conditioning was on all the night makes me feel cool, the beds were comfortable, and the roommates were quiet and quality.

Staff were so friendly. Room was big and the bed was so comfortable. Just what I needed after moving around a lot. Quiet location perfect for chilling out. Still, not too far away from busier areas and I found it easy to walk to jomtien beach! The receptionist even drove me to the bus station!

The place is located kind of halfway between Jomtien Beach and Pattaya Beach, both being about 30minute walk from it. The beds were very large and comfortable. Decent value for money.

The appearance of the hotel seemed a bit shabby at some places, but the rooms were nice. In one of the rooms we got (102) the shower wasn't working well, but other rooms were normal.

Highly recommended, Good and Friendly Staff, Owner also a friendly person. Not expensive. Clean room with attached bathroom, 5-minute walk to Pattaya Park night market and 7 - 11 Supper market. really value for money.

They have an amiable staff. The front desk, the coffee shop, and the housekeeper are all very warm and friendly people.

Not too much not to like. The price is great for what you get. The bathroom was a little smelly. But it wasn't too bad. The keep the place clean.

A lot of facilities near me like 711, gyms, etc. Desk workers are outgoing and ready to help. Good price-value parity.

Nice big room with flat TV and ensuite bathroom. Relatively clean except the pungy smell of cigarette smoke. Location is good, and within walking distance to the pier or beach. 7/11 and food options close by too.

A little dirty but not critical. The balcony is always closed.
