Hotel delivers everything mentioned on booking.com site. We were staying in the third building on the 7-th floor. No street noise. Our room was comfortable with everything needed for good rest. Yinyom Beach is 10 – 15 min walk, Night Market 10 min, Pattaya Walking Street - 30 min. A lot of street cafes and massage parlors nearby. Hotel provides good breakfast with choices of Europian and Asian food.

Right after booking I asked hotel staff about early check-in. I received rates without any conditions. The day before arrival I asked them to confirm early check-in – the same answer, only rates. So, we left our hotel in Rayong early and arrived in Pattaya sometime around 11:00. Reception manager informed me that check-in time is 14:00 and early check-in is not possible. When I reminded her about e-mail with my request she said that hotel is completely booked and they cannot prepare room for early check-in.

Good location outside of busy area, 5 minutes walk to seven eleven shop, few restaurants, good massage places and pubs just next door, 10-20 minutes taxi to Pattaya beach and famous walking street, easy access to raxis, room size was good and bathroom was bigger than most, clean room, breakfast was good but somewhat limited

The check-in staff didn't look friendly and seemed a bit stressed, focus was highlighting the penalty for smoking and breaking hotel property, there is an itemized price list in the room if you damage hotel property but no food menu, that was a surprise but I guess it's due to past experience hotel mgt had with bad travellers

All the time every night came in new groups of other clients at late night from travel companies and was loud and noisy while sleep because everything in the room is possible to hear what happens in floor and walls was thin even neighbor rooms was able to hear what happens there.Breakfest wasnt good because all the time the same and small offer.

lovely big room the bed was really big and comfortable. The staff were so helpful. The room was quiet .I liked the backed out curtains

the toiletries maybe a little higher standard. The TV was a little strange to operate. But wasn't bad ...

We had an excellent stay at the hotel, our 2 rooms were very clean and spacious, amazing shower, bath and facilities. swimming pool on the top of the building had amazing views. We highly recommend this hotel!

Had to change rooms possible bed bugs after being bitten towards the end of the holiday, not just my room I understand probably issues with laundry cleaning

Restaurant staff were very polite and courteous.Rooms and property was very good.

Probably the fitness center options could be a bit better but it's negligible compared to other benefits as part of the property stay

I was sad about the breakfast as I arrived 5 minutes before the breakfast closed and they had already packed everything away. I thought the breakfast was still another 30min, didn't realize the time.
