We loved our stay. Great Pool. Great Staff. Excellent rooms. Great breakfast. There was nothing not to like.

This hotel is an oasis of loveliness and it absolutely exceeded our expectations. The pool is stunning, the gardens are very pretty with plentiful quality/comfy loungers. The breakfasts were great, we had the healthy muesli/yoghurt/fruit/toast/tea etc etc The rooms are really spacious, great air con with quiet fans inside and on the balcony, the beds super comfy with nice linens and towels and the best hot shower we have had so far in our travels across Thailand. Add to that the incredibly helpful and charming staff and this is a clear 10 out of 10.

Pattaya and the local beach was not really our vibe but that didn't extend into the hotel. We found some good shopping which we needed to do and some nice restaurants locally. A great stay 🙏 thank you Jim and team

its a perfect stay if you want to have peace and relax in a pool or jacuzzi with such natural atmosphere, its like you are in a wellness retreat, staff is great and accommodate to your needs, we were there for a music festival and was the perfect getaway within Patayya to have a relax and chill recovery

breakfast is ok, but if you are a gym guys you'll have to request extra but in not expensive, the gym was small but was perfect for quick and efficient workout, room didn't have kitchenette as stated but it was such a great stay that i didn't mind it at the end

This is an absolute gem as long as you’re happy for a 10 bhat tuk tuk ride to the beach. The staff are superb and the cleanliness is amazing. When our taxi pulled up in the street my heart sank but you walk into paradise. Rooms basically surround the beautifully clean pool. Rooms are well big enough and our shower room was crazy big, with outstretched arms you can’t touch the walls. Large screen TV and huge bed with choice of hard or soft pillows. Our room wasn’t ready on our arrival ( we were early ) so popped out for a coffee. On our return all our bags were in our room. Breakfast was limited but fine for us, fruit, eggs,cereal toast etc Pattaya is a large and busy city and as mentioned earlier a tuk tuk is required to go to the beach/tourist areas. There are bars and restaurants nearby but if you’re happy to tuk tuk then this place is an absolute must to stay at. Long review but I felt obliged after such a great stay. The reception guy also ordered our grab taxi to leave and helped with the luggage. Overall experience - 10 out of 10

There was nothing to dislike.

I've been wanting to stay in this beautiful and cozy hotel for a long time. And it turned out to be even better here than I had imagined in the photo - a very beautiful and caring design, a calm, friendly atmosphere, cleanliness everywhere, lots of comfortable places on the territory - you can relax or practice yoga and meditation, sports - and there are enough separate spaces for everyone. A clean swimming pool with comfortable salt water and a Jacuzzi can be used around the clock. Thank you, Jim’s delicacy and care create a wonderful atmosphere.

Initially, when I arrived at the accommodation, I did not know that it was a resort for gays. We arrived at this accommodation because the first accommodation was not as described and we had to change our accommodation. But I don't regret it for a moment. It was one of the quietest and most welcoming accommodations I've stayed in. Quiet, welcoming, comfortable, everyone has their own way of life, extremely large pool, rooms on the ground floor have a view and access to the pool. Very kind staff. If I ever come back to Pattaya, I will definitely stay here again.

It takes a bit of walking to the center, walking street or other access points, but if you call a taxi, which doesn't cost much, it's no problem. You must make the payment online, or with cash, because when paying by card a rather large commission is charged, we would have paid a commission of 45 euros.

The owner Jim and his head of staff Chang were exceptionally warm, friendly and helpful to me during my stay at Baan Souy. They were fantastic as well as all the other members of staff. I can't thank them enough. The property is beautiful and my accomodation in the resort was very spacious, well decorated. I loved it.The property is in a quiet area, not too far from Supertown which is only a 5 ro 7 minute cab ride away. Would definitely stay here again.

So very clean and comfortable resort, beautiful pool area. All staff were exceptionally friendly. Room was so spacious with a large most comfortable bed, with room serviced impeccably on a daily basis.

The hotel was beautifully set out around the swimming pool with lovely gardens and nice sitting areas. The rooms were large and well equipped and had nice sitting areas and balconies overlooking the pool. There were lots of choices for breakfast, which you could eat either in the cafe, your room or by the pool. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The whole atmosphere of the hotel was one of quiet relaxation. The hotel was a short walk away from a main road with good connections to the beach and centre of Pattaya.

Jim and the staff at Baan Souy are incredibly welcoming and upon arrival always greet you by your name, the breakfast is fresh and delicious and the pool is an absolute must for a night time swim - the rooms are clean, the decor tasteful and the beds are comfortable, this resort is a little piece of heaven, I wish I could have stayed longer and I will return soon. Thank you Jim and all of the staff ☺️
