If there is a person available at the reception at night time to board the room, it would have been better for the tourists. There is no lift to reach the 5th floor..

No facilities and room AC was not working. There is no amenities and cupboards n rooms are very small. Washroom and bath in the room and smelly 😷

There was no receiptionist in the desk i had to wait almost half an hour to get in. I called over the number but she left her fon on the desk... So...

The description says there will be a towel. in fact the towel is paid. there is no soap.

The room itself is nice and clean, which is always a top priority. The internet is excellent—fast and stable, making it great for work or streaming. However, the TV was not working, and despite informing the reception earlier in the day, they promised to fix it by the afternoon, but unfortunately, it was still broken by the end of my stay

One major downside is the noise level in the room—it can be quite disruptive, which might not suit light sleepers. Additionally, the lack of a lift can be inconvenient, especially if you’re staying on a higher floor or have heavy luggage.
