Most of the staff were nice and caring. They gave me good tips about the area, and always greeted me.

The location is quite secluded. If you've got a bike or scooter, you can get close to some things, but you're still far away from anything exciting really. It's more of a chill affordable spot, but there tends to be lots of poverty, trash, and wild dogs around a few nicely scattered hotels there.

Big rooms with a large balcony. Relaxed and quiet neighborhood. Luxurious bathroom with a huge shower and japanese toilet. Small but modern gym and big swimming pool. Secure parking.

The king size bed was actually two single beds on wheels just pushed together. They kept moving apart and made noises when moving in them. The aircon is not strong enough for the size of the room. Some of my devices had issues with their sign-in Wifi Hotspot. Ping and speed is also not sufficient for working online. The room cleaning wasn't done properly, just a 3 minute wipe and go. Bed sheets were not changed ( sometimes on mondays.... )

I would have given it a 10 but it’s a little out of the way, you need a car or a scooter or like walking ! But great value for money and very nice rooms and staff , good gym, biggish pool. I’d stay here again because it’s quiet and I’ve got a car.

Little bit far away from everything but I mean not to far 15 mins drive to jomtien. Probably about the same to Pattaya , 5 mins drive to 7/11 Pool is a bit cold as it doesn’t really get any sun but kids liked it, in hindsight I’d have put the pool roof top!!!!! Would have been perfect!

Amazing staff. Very kind and helpful. The lady at the reception suggested lots of nice places to visit, and gave us a map listing all the attractions. Everyone was nice and welcoming. Rooms were very clean and spacious. Has a small sofa, a small dinning table and a kitchenette.

Location not that great but if you use the BOLT app for transportation you will be fine. Not much happening close to the hotel.

It's a nice place, not too far from the center. Spacious too and has everything you need, the room itself was cute and comfy.

They gave me an upgrade room for the first night but then I had to change again because they did an overbooking which I rather stay at the room I booked instead of going to one and then pack everything and move to another. Could be a bit more clean, especially the balcony.

Really an excellent stay overall, marred only by the bed being slightly hard, though still softer than beds in many, many other Thai hotels. The staff are professional and warm, housekeeping is like the pit crew at a NASCAR event, if pit crew mechanics were total sweethearts. The food in the café is made by a Japanese chef; the coffee is made from ground beans, not instant, and you can get a decent-sized Americano with cold milk on the side, suitable for actual Americans. . . along with all the tiny-cupped coffee concoctions favored by Russians and Europeans. You'll meet a lot of interesting people here from places like Russia, France, the U.K., etc.; the place seems to be low-key trending with young entrepreneurs. . . but the staff are nicely memorable as well. The woman who makes the coffee speaks reasonable English, is very helpful, and has a delightful sense of humor if you get to know her.

Great basic room with pool, gym and balcony. Good location with great parking for scooters. Exiting and entering at night is easy and comfortable. TV isn't a smart tv and has very limited English Channels

The balcony has AC exhaust blowing right at you so it's hard to smoke or even chill on the balcony with the hot air blowing directly at you. Most Thai hotels are like this though with the balcony.
