Just stayed for 1 night as i was late arriving. I was greeted by a man on arrival who was a pure gentleman and a pleasure to deal with. The check in was easy and all staff very friendly. The room was decent enough for the price and had everything we needed. Unfortunately my short stay was spoiled by a nasty stomach bug and i woke up at 2am and spent the next 8 hours in agony in the bathroom. I think i must have eaten some contaminated food earlier that day. The wife explained to the owners that i was feeling ill and they were very kind and helpful. We had other accommodation booked for the rest of our trip because we wanted closer to the beach. I would like to thank the staff at pattaya garden for their kind hospitality during our stay.

Good location with easy access to 10B trucks. There are food choices right outside the apartment, and a 7-Eleven less than 5min away. Short trip whether you want to go to Jomtien or Pattaya city. The staff is friendly, service minded and speaks English well. Spacious room. We were 5 people. (2 adults 3 children) The room had 2 bedrooms with each their own air-condition that worked well. The living room was equipped with a large ceiling fan that was able to keep the room comfortable on its own. I highly recommend staying here.

Not a huge problem as we kept the bedroom doors closed after dark, but worthy a mention. The way the hall was built up to our room (104) made it an easy access and a dead end for mosquitoes. After dark you could see a congregation of mosquitoes hanging outside the door. Opening the door after dark results in a bunch of mosquitoes entering the room.

A good-sized apartment with a very comfortable bed. The location was good for getting to both Jomtien and Pattaya by walking or via the baht buses. Also close to the Thappraya Night Market. Staff were helpful and welcoming.

Lack of facilities for making hot drinks.

Excellent location , on tuck-tuck route, close to restaurants, massage,pharmacy , 7 eleven and bus station. Short drive to Jomtien Beach. The room was very clean, with comfortable bed, good water pressure, fridge, AC . Quiet room. Ning receptionist, cleaning lady and manager has always a smile on her face available to answer any questions that one might have.

Friendly staff and location was just outside the town but only a baht ride away to enjoy Pattaya or Jomtien. Nothing was to much trouble and Mike and his wife are fantastic hosts .

Beautiful, well maintained, the staff is very kind. the rooms are clean. The only negative is that there is no elevator, but the staff will help you lift your suitcase.

The location isn't the best. Low water pressure to the bathroom basin, but the shower was good.
