I ha r stayed at this hotel for the best part of 2 months and returning tomorrow after a weekend in Bangkok. Its still in soft opening so restaurant it not yet completed nor the bar. Staff are exceptional and very helpful. Room are nice. One would expect the beds to be comfy as it all.brand new. I ha e greatexpectation that this hotel will do ery well. However it not completely a hotel it has co dos rooms ec to rent on monthly or yearly basis. Only really negative I have is it. An get very noise at night with the idiots racing high powered bikes up and down soi 5. Also plenty of new building going up so noisy trucks I. The day but not a real issue. Shame they did put sound proofing I. As well.are thin and you can always hear next door haha. Gets my thumbs up o really and I highly recommend it for value and location.

Everything! The location, the design, the quality of the furniture, the comfort! Everything is exceptionally good and beautiful and very clean! This hotel is wonderful, really very high class. The breakfast is superior too! The staff also very nice and very professional. I remember the same high level of service only in Monaco back a few years ago. They are very exceptionally nice and professional here! (Additionally the wifi did 500/500 megabits/second, so I was able to do my work as well quickly and effective. I am really impressed.)

I loved the overall experience from the spotless cleanliness to the professional and genuinely warm staff. The hotel felt like a 5-star property in every way. The location was also perfect: close to the beach and all essential places. Special thanks to Gun, Sunny, Ma, and Jah for their kindness and exceptional service — they truly made my stay memorable.

Honestly, there wasn’t anything I didn’t like. Everything met or exceeded my expectations. If I had to mention anything, maybe just that I wish I could have stayed longer!

The rooms are beautifully designed and are as clean as they can be. Beds are super comfy. Swimming pool is of decent size. Staff at the reception and room service are exceptional.

The only thing negative was that as of now they don't have a running kitchen and a restaurant. So even for breakfast we had to go out. It was informed by the hotel at the time of booking though. But good breakfast options are available under 3-4 minutes walk from the property.

The breakfast was terrible (western) items supposed to be hot were cold very small bacon portions no milk for tea only coffeemate and very expensive can go across the road and large breakfast fof half the price Stayed for 7days only had 1 breakfast there because of the above

Staff in reception and security were excellent and always helpful and pleasant. Pool was lovely and gym although small was sufficient . Hotel was very modern

Bar was being refurbed but no big issue given hundreds of bars nearby

I love absolutely everything about this property - location, staff, cleanliness, facilities.

Can’t complain about anything to be honest.

Very friendly staff, very accomodating especially Gun he was a very helpful and kind man always had a smile on his face

Bed, view, living room, TV, gym and general facilities were great.

The WiFi was sometimes a little slow and there was construction in the mornings which woke me up on the 19th floor
