All facilities clean and tidy. Customer service very good.

Building works next door. Workers on the roof from early morning meant the privacy of the private pool was comprimised.

Was an awesome place. Great pool and jacuzzi, bed was comfortable, restrooms clean and working properly. Bonus was pool table by the pool.

Stay was to short, had nothing to do with Miss Dia or the villa. Nothing not to like.

Location was good, email I received sent me to a person villa, luckily the taxi driver was able to track down a phone number to call and have someone bring the keys, not the host. Washing machine not operating, t.v. volume not working. Overall a nice place will stay again if available.

Amazing stay! The villa is a lot bigger than it looks on the pictures. We would stay again!

The location is good. There is a lot of restaurants and massage shops. The room is bug and clean room. Staffs are good. The hot water machine didn’t work. But they come and to fix it very soon.

Some facilities are old. Slide doors are so noisy. Other villa which we stayed have shampoos, detergents, coffee, tea, and something else. It’s was pretty poor.

EvErything. The address was not what was mentioned. Seems all the villas are from Tortuga. Atleast that's what was written on the key card. Location though decent the Villa was absolutely horrible. The Air conditioners are underpowered. Cleanliness is very bad. The host scares you while check in saying you must keep all doors and windows locked at all times including the main gate. We were very scared about our security due to this. There is a drain right outside the villa and all dirty water clogs up right in the front. The pool was dirty and we did not use it for the second time. Sand and broken tiles all over the pool not to mention the water was really dirty. The housekeeping comes once in 2 days and they clean the place and out in a matter of 10 minutes or less. The pool cleaner does nothing and plays pool on the table instead of cleaning the swimming pool. Host is greedy to another level and refused to give us late check out beyond 12 noon. First she said that they have other guests coming in that very day. Later she said we would have to pay for half day. Even though we were travelling with children the host did not even try and accommodate us for an extra hour. The washing machine is busted. The fridge just does the job. The crockery and cutlery were dirty as hell. Seemed like it had not been cleaned for more than a year. The Faucets and showers just weren't working properly at all. It's a very basic place and we had a very horrible experience. I would never suggest anyone to ever stay with them. NEVER There are other villas on the same street and some looked really nice from the outside however this place was disgusting.
