I booked a 2 bed suite & it was huge. Each bedroom had a king sized bed & en-suite. The main bedroom also had a jacuzzi. Kitchen had everything you could need & a spacious lounge area. Location was good - close to pretty much everything we needed. 500m to the beach. Staff were amazing & so helpful & polite - nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was great with a wide selection. Lots a lovely places to eat nearby - Sky Gallery being one of them with amazing views over the sea at sunset.

I honestly cannot think of anything that I didn't like, except that I did not stay here long enough!

Efficient check-in and check out. Our apartment was very clean and appeared newly renovated. There was a daily refurbishment of water and toiletries. The beds were comfy with a choice of pillows. The kitchen was equipped with a microwave and some dishes. There is a simple pool on the roof with a few chairs and tables, though nothing spectacular. The beach is 10 mins walk away.

In the three days that we stayed in our apartment, there was two times a power failure. Though it only lasted a few minutes each time, this should not happen at all. There is not much to do in the vicinity. The area consists of hotels, local businesses and several restaurants. To go to downtown Pattaya you need to rent a bike/car or take a taxi which can take some time in the rush hour.

New, clean facilities: a proper Finnish sauna, a good gym, nice pool. The rooms were large and family suite had even a good jacuzzi. Beds were comfy. Sofa in the living room was very comfortable and all the drawers and even toilet lid would close quietly. Well thought out. The only odd thing in the room is that there are hobs in the kitchen but nothing to cook with. We didn’t miss them, since microwave, toaster and kettle were enough for our needs. Balcony in the family suite was large and you could hang things to dry there. They had a great one way shuttle service to Central and to the beach and upon request and availability to some other locations too. Very convenient since during Songkran taxis were busy. We much appreciated the rides. Breakfast was ok. Nothing spectacular, but we never left hungry. Two mornings of three there was a buffet and last morning it was a set you could choose from a list. Both worked alright. The location is great, it’s safe and quiet, not far from the center and close to two beaches. Paradise beach is my favorite beach in Pattaya and it’s within walking distance. The best part of the hotel is yet to be mentioned. The staff makes this hotel stand out from the other hotels. All of the staff is very friendly and welcoming and willing to solve any issues and help out. We felt loved.

Nothing really. Maybe to make it even better, they could provide a thinner pillow as well and improve the breakfast.

I’m not gonna lie, when I first saw this property on Booking i was like ( it doesn’t look good) But when i went there i was really happy that I booked it Great location, Great food and amazing staff I totally recommend for anyone who is going to Pattaya

Everything exceeded my expectations: Value for money, the size of the apartment, the Residence is literally new, nice equipped Kitchen with a large size fridge, very fast internet line, balconies with an entertaining view to the street, good working AC, Parking facilities for car and motorbike, friendliness of the staff.

The only sad part is, that the restaurant is just indoors. Would be the cherry on the cake if there would be an option for just enjoying a drink on a terrace at ground level. But of course, there are plenty of very good restaurants, bars and cafes literally around the corner.

Location was a little remote for public transport. Breakfast was okay and nothing special. Some dishes were very spicy and some were extremely sweet. However the fitness room and the sauna were exceptional.

My room was located in a remote corner of the floor. And because of this the room was not cleaned until very late in the afternoon. However I spoke to the housekeeping supervisor and the issue was soon remedied.

From the very first moment I arrived, I knew this hotel would be special. The location is perfect – just a few minutes’ walk to the beach, surrounded by cozy massage salons, lively streets, and the Night Market, where the food is not only delicious but also very affordable. In walking distance, there are so many restaurants that it’s impossible to try them all in one trip – from authentic Italian pizzerias with wood-fired ovens to stylish cafés serving European cuisine, specialty coffee, and hearty breakfasts. Whatever you’re in the mood for – a perfectly brewed cappuccino, fresh croissants, or a delicious seafood dinner – it’s right there, just steps away. I stayed in a spacious one-bedroom Unity room, and it exceeded all my expectations. Spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated, with a huge, comfortable bed and soft, high-quality linens that made me sleep like a baby. Honestly, it felt like staying in a 5-star hotel, but for a much more reasonable price. The staff deserve a special thank-you – always smiling, genuinely friendly, and ready to help with anything you might need. Their professionalism and warmth made me feel at home from day one. Breakfast was fresh and tasty, served conveniently on the ground floor, and the rooftop pool was simply amazing – with breathtaking views and a peaceful atmosphere, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. I absolutely loved my stay here. It was my first time at this hotel, but definitely not my last. I can’t wait to come back – it’s the kind of place that makes you feel truly welcome.

Been here many times and everytime surprises how good of a place it is. Location great, staff amazing, pool amazing, rooms are clean and balconies are great and price not bad at all.

Nothing to complain

We had a wonderful and completely unexpected experience at Sirin Exclusive Hotel and Residence. The guest service was outstanding from the moment we arrived. The front desk staff were professional, warm, and always ready to help with anything we needed. A special mention goes to the lovely lady at the bar she made us feel genuinely welcome and added a personal touch to our stay. Her kindness and energy really stood out and made our time at the hotel even more enjoyable. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations in every way from the clean and modern rooms to the heartfelt hospitality. We would definitely return and highly recommend it to others visiting Bangkok!

While our overall stay was great, the breakfast experience could be improved. The service was quite slow, and when items ran out, it took a long time for them to be refilled sometimes not at all. The variety and quality of food were also below expectations, which was disappointing compared to the high standard of the rest of the hotel.
