I liked the modernity, cleanliness and overall facilities of the place. Location was very good as well. A little off the beach, but lovely quiet commercial street leading to the beach promenade etc.....it was a nice, comfy place...a touch of luxury really

the shower screen design allows heaps of water to escape onto the bathroom floor on each occasion.....crazy design and needs fixing.....I'm not a fan of the minimalist internal design......surely you could provide a bit of colour to the walls. etc..give the place some warmth and atmosphere....it's got very little as it is.....but overall, I liked my stay there.

The staff are amazing, friendly and helpful. The cleaning staff are constantly cleaning and tidying the room and common areas even down to the buttons on the elevator. It's a really clean hotel.

The gym unfortunately is incredibly hot. You have to ask a member of staff to turn the aircon on but it doesn't get cool quick enough to feel the benefit. The wifi and TV in our room didn't work, we were offered a new room but we preferred the one we had originally so didn't swap (but that was entirely our preference, the staff were extremely helpful during this process. We choose the bigger quieter room over the smaller room with good wifi)

- Good location, 5 mins walk to the beach, good access to convenience stores and restaurants. - Comfy room, huge bed and balcony.

- The TV in the room is a smart TV but no configurations are done to watch on it, couldn’t access Netflix or any other app. - There were a couple mosquitoes in our room, for which we asked if there was any kind of a mat or a coil. They only had a mosquito spray which would make the whole room smelly. - Ok breakfast, nothing too special. - The room can have a couple paintings installed for them to not feel a little empty, although it’s just a suggestion.

The location is good as their is beach close by. The staff was well mannered & the hotel cleanliness was above expectations. Minus the traffic Easy access to locations to your need.

The breakfast should have been different daily. ( thailand has beautiful cuisine and food culture, so expected more) There was no toothbrush and paste on our 2 days.

Good value for money, the hotel is at a nice location. Starting from the check in, which was efficient and quick I had a good stay, beds are comfortable, and the breakfast is ok. There is also a pool and a gym however during my 1 night stay i couldn't us this facility. The hotel rooms are clean. Very good impression will be back to here again.

Comfortable Bed, I always book the room with the bathtub. Good value for the money, the location is good, easy and central to get to good restaurants by short drive, quick check IN and Check out, I stayed here for the 4th or 5th time and will keep coming back for our weekends diving trips. Thank you.

The location was amazing — just 500 meters from Yim Yom Beach, with plenty of spas, massage centers, cafés, and restaurants nearby. The hotel is situated on a quiet street, offering a peaceful escape from the hustle of central Pattaya.
