All I want to say is that the 2 ladies there were saints! I suffered bad illness one evening , as well as arranging ambulance to rush me to hospital they followed me there and waited 3 hours until knowing I was safe. They will forever be in my heart ❤️

The location is perfect for a family vacation. We booked 4 rooms at this place and I requested one room to be on the ground level for my senior parents which was granted by the hotel upon arrival. The staff were very courteous and helpful. The pool is of good size enough to dip after a hot day. The beach is only a 3-min walk and it is one of the less crowded beaches of Pattaya. There are restaurants, convenience stores, bars, massage parlors, cafes, laundry shops, etc within walking distance. Also it's very quiet and we had a pleasant stay. Highly recommended specially for families.

Not really a big issue but I had to either pay by cash or by card with 3% fee upon check-in. It would have been more convenient if the payment was already charged on my credit card through booking.

I had such a good time here..for the price paid I couldn't ask for more..room always clean,small and beautiful pool,motorbike rental 5m from the entrance..the cleaning guys so kind and helpful..the girl at the reception smiling beautiful and so nice..the hotel in such a quiet place that after the crazy nights in Pattaya it was a pleasure to return..thanks for everything..I carry you in my heart..the land of smiles is so beautiful also thanks to you..I won't waste time looking for anything else on my next vacation..because I will join you again🇹🇭💘

THE HAPPIEST PLACE ON EARTH! I picked the right host and location the 1st time there. You have a family atmosphere there without the big cement hotel feeling. I stayed 6 weeks there and did not want to leave and want to go back real soon. Can't go wrong with the value, rooms, services and the Hosts are always there. There is the little beach right there and not plagued with beach sellers and traffic. Great restaurants are right there! 50 meters! I loved my stay and plan another 6 months Oct 2024 for 6=7 months.

Leaving and going home.

Everything were great. May and Jan made sure we had a great time. It was great to be able to interact with the owners. The other staff members were great too. They all made our first ever trip to Pattaya (despite being in Bangkok for nearly 7 years🤣🤣) a memorable one. We will definitely stay there again, very quiet area but never too far from all the actions. Thank you May, Jan and your super friendly staff.🥰🥰🇸🇨🇸🇨🇸🇨

The place is situated close to restaurants, 7/11, beauty salons, the beach, everything is just a short walk away. It was clean and comfortable and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. I would definitely stay there again

The only thing I would like is a full length mirror near a plug point so I can do my hair and see what I look like before I leave out the door.

There is so much to like about this hotel. Generous room size, comfortable bed, hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. Location is very close to beach, short stroll to bars and restaurants and convenient store.

It was so hot when we stayed here the pools water temperature could have been a bit cooler...

Great location down an alley in Phratamnak. Super staff and facilities. Very quiet.

The only downside was folks smoking in the seating areas next to the pool. I guess they have to smoke somewhere.

We loved everything. Kind and accommodating hosts! Old style Thai house. Very good location, beach nearby, many good restaurants within walking distance. No issues with Grab. Definitely would stay here again.
