The staff was not friendly. I asked for two tea bags extra for my parents and creamer which the staff had forgot to give , when asked they were very rude and said then cant give . Staff dont understand english . Very disappointed with the staff . Will not come back to this hotel bcz of the staff

room. because we have 2 kids, they like the shelf bed and swimming pool. The room is big enough for a family of two adults and two children, and the price is reasonable

Daily cleaning is not great。

The breakfast was good and generous. There was also an option to have breakfast in the room. The rooms are very spacious, and the balcony is huge. The staff is friendly and helpful. The location is great—close to everything, including the beach. The room has a microwave, a kettle, and a small kitchenette with a two-burner stove, but very few utensils (only 2-3 plates, a fork, a spoon, and glasses). The fridge is spacious.

The balcony is huge, but it's a shame it wasn't utilized better. Having two or three sun loungers, for example, would make a big difference. Why not add a green lawn to soften the concrete feel? Mosquito nets would also be great so that the doors could stay open (as soon as evening comes, lots of mosquitoes get in, so you have to keep them closed). The two wooden chairs on the balcony were just old-fashioned kitchen chairs, too hard to sit on, and didn’t match the style at all. With such a large balcony, you’d want to spend a lot of time there, and it should be considered part of the experience—so it should be improved accordingly. The two simple beds in the living room were much harder compared to the double bed in the bedroom. A knife should also be provided in the room.

I was on Holidays with my family, I booked this property only for its location and size of the Suite. The Room was clean, Linen was up to mark. The Suite was having very big balcony facing the Beach which is 2 minutes walk from the property. The breakfast was good but they have a very limited menu and you can't enjoy it if you are staying in the property for more than 2 days. They have a set menu. Limited Breads and Fruit Juice selection. They have to do something on it. They have free Car Parking for guests

The Towels provided was only good on first day, they haven't changed the linen in 3 days on 4th day we request them to change. The hotel staff was not friendly and they don't care much for the guests.

The location, size of the space, the pool.

The breakfast was ok but there was only one choice.

We liked the location, it was quieter than central Pattaya and had a sea view which was nice. The rooms we booked were bigger than expected but were a little dated but very clean and comfortable. The staff were very helpful and welcoming.

We have two bed room apartment and there was no power outlets at the side of the beds. So any charging had to be done on the other side of the room. We booked the breakfast and this was served in our room and was mostly cold by the time it arrived. We went out for breakfast on the next morning and we had more choice and it was made to order which suited us better. The pool was very smooth on level 2

The position in front of the beach

It is not allowed to smoke at all, even not in the balcony or outside the hotel, you need to walk away, that makes no sense.

It's all ok about this hotel as price is average, but location is great as well as room size and amenities. I've not used to try breakfast or swimming pool, but seems they to be well due management is really working on there.

During low tide, the beach is full of garbage, that actually should be job of municipality, but it's not done. So my suggestion if for business owners to arrange cleaning guy, because beach is part of your stay there.

We opted for the Sea view family suite located on the seventh floor and view from the rooms and balconies was fantastic. Living room was very spacious and we could enjoy our time with the family sitting together and having our breakfast and some meals together. Overall we enjoyed the hospitality provided by the wonderful staff over here as each one of them was very polite and friendly and really took care of us during our stay.

We were given a suite because there was t a lift up to the 9th floor where our booked rooftop room was which was very considerate We had a kitchenette and sitting room, another toilet and a big balcony with sea view

Breakfast was a little disappointing because the eggs were pre cooked. The coffee machine was good The pool area wasn’t very good at all - smelly
