Location is great. 50M to the beach with bat's and restaurants around the corner on Soi 5.

This used to be a 5 star hotel and I have stayed on numerous occasions. Unfortunately its going downhill . Roof top pool was closed due maintenance, rooms could be done with a refurb. Breakfast not what it used to be. All original staff have left the hotel which is a shame.

Pool and the glass around the pool was quite fogged up and dirty. Didn't look as clean as it should of. Breakfast in the restaurant. Some food was a bit cold and not of the highest quality. Was good but not great.

The property is conveniently located near the beach and a 7-Eleven right by. There’s several bars up the street that or fun local style times.

If you’re looking to go to the other side of the beach near walking Street it is about a 20 minute car ride which is fairly cheap but should be noted about 10 motorbike

I was upgraded to Seaview room, which was nice. Staff was so nice, polite, helpful and spoke fair English. This hotel was very quite just occasional noise from the pool renovation. Room was very good standard, clean, bed very comfortable and I slept like a baby. Internet and workdesk was perfect. Will stay again here.

Pool was closed for maintenance but as I was on diving vacation no big deal. The food and restaurant in hotel is not worth it TBH. There is so many restaurants nearby cheaper and better. Hot water, yes sometimes haha.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and I can honestly say it exceeded all of my expectations. The rooftop pool is absolutely stunning, offering breathtaking views and a perfect place to relax. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The rooms are exceptionally spacious and spotless, with daily cleaning that keeps everything pristine. The bathroom was also superb, equipped with everything you could need. Everything about this hotel is top-notch, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for an exceptional experience.

My suite was advertised as having a city view. I’m guessing a floor or two higher it might have been true - but my ‘view’ was of an under construction structure and a set of snarled power lines. Right on the street too so a bit noisy and street light intrusion. So in short. Great room, very comfortable, good value. Disappointing view. That’s luck of the draw I guess, but given that I paid for an upgraded suite l was a bit let down there. I understand the staff assigns rooms as available. I just wouldn’t market it as an upgrade.

Great hotel on nice location. Good breakfast. Very nice roof top swimming pool and restaurant/bar area. The room was very big and very comfortable.

Parking space is in limited supply, parking on the street is offered as an alternative when the underground garage is full.

The staff, cleanliness and buffet is pretty good. The staff were quite welcoming and humble. The location is too good -7 eleven -The convenience store, The beaches were just around the corner. Jomtein was a bit of walk,but it's walkable as it was 1.5 km away. The hotel's location was quite and relaxing. Lot of restaurants,cafes,massage parlour in the vicinity. Would love to halt here again.

The ac was wee bit a challenge just for a day. But otherwise everything else was a comfort.
