The accommodation was comfortable

Lack of sunbeds around the pool. Lack of bar facilities around the pool. No hand rails on the stairs up to the pool area and down. Only 1 roll of toilet paper provided. No milk provided for the tea and coffee facilities. Poorly equipped if self catering. There were no beach towels. No tea towels to dry ups when rinsed between uses. The shower door would not close properly with about an inch gap. No bar available during the day

Elegant and comfortable hotel, all equipment was new, nice large balcony. The air con in my original room was loud so I got a free upgrade. It definitely pays to book rooms with the sea view, the difference in experience is huge. Wifi worked good. Cleaning is very efficient as it is done by a team of 3 housekeepers. The hotel is in a quiet area, but still close to shops and restaurants. Good sound isolation from the outside. The staff was always very friendly.

Bathroom and shower are rather small compared to the rest of the room and there is no place to put your shampoo and shower gel. There is a large balcony with a great view and it would be lovely to have some comfy loungers to sit there.

I don’t even know where to begin—this hotel completely blew me away. From the moment I stepped through the doors, I was treated like royalty. The check-in process was smooth and welcoming, with staff who genuinely seemed happy to have me there. They helped with my bags, The room itself was immaculate—beautifully decorated, incredibly comfortable.

- Location, had to get a bike taxi to the centre every day. shops and restaurants nearby, but nowhere nice to go for a walk. - Swimming pool is small with only a few sunbeds. - The most disappointing thing about my trip is finding out there was no dining service at the hotel.

I stayed at the hotel for two months, I liked: 1. The nicely designed building 2. Beautiful rooms with high quality materials for furnishing and decor, and an amazing view if you have a room facing the ocean. 3. Special thanks to Mama Tip and Mr. Windy for looking out for me and helping me with everything. 4. Nice pool and sauna area with beautiful view. 5. Access to nice restaurants on the cliffs; the hotel is located in a nice, quiet and safe area. 6. They had a meeting room with fast internet I could use for work (as the internet on the room was too slow for stable zoom meetings) 7. Nice management (Mr. John). .

1. Most of the front desk staff members were not friendly towards me or willing to help me, which did not make me feel welcome. I also learned that they would say negative things about me behind my back. There was also an issue with my bak transfer, which was not handled professionally. The front staff members need to be better trained. 2. I had some stressful run-ins with one of the four owners of the building

Quiet location but plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, friendly helpful staff, secure, always very clean, private secure parking

staff was very helpful and friendly. rooms clean and comfortable. Safety personal very friendly. nice pool on the roof. hotel is in very good condition. many good bars and Restaurants around.

poolbar was closed. If you like to sleep with open windows, which is possible in december, choose a room to the street site. not to the sea site due too many barking dogs.....whole night....every night.

We loved how the hotel was conveniently placed next to nice restaurants and beaches. The room was extremely nice, and the hotel was very modern and clean. The staff were absolutely excellent, and spoke good English.

We have no complaints.

The place looked brand new - immaculate. When i asked at reception how long they been open, i was surprised to hear it was over two years. The room was really nice and despite being directly opposite the elevator it was very quiet. All the staff i encountered were very helpful and friendly.

I tried to use bolt app to arrange a ride to my business appointments. Twice the bolt drivers cancelled on me and as a result i had an eventful alternative ride on the back of a scooter for 12 miles. In no way the hotels fault but the point is to consider travel arrangements if you have important appointments. Theres plenty of amenities close by, the hotel isnt isolated at all and you can get a scooter taxi pretty easily.

Spacious suite, nicely furnished, with great sea view on high floor. Very quiet, even on a weekend, due to no-children policy. Good location in Jomtien, although with no direct beach access. Nice roof top pool. Good value for money, in spite of minor teething issues with this newly-open establishment,

No breakfast facilities We were given vouchers for free cocktails but the rooftop bar was never open!! (different excuses every day, from weather, to sick colleague...) Parking B was empty but not open whilst we could not park the car in Parking A because of scooters parked disorderly. We had to leave the car in the street! Only "VIP" can park in the forecourt !!!!
