Everything is near, I really liked the fact that I could buy fruits whenever I wanted (not only in night market), the massage salon is near and is pretty good. It is really quite, especially comparing to other parts of Pattaya. The room is big enough, there is a shower and a bath - amazing! The room was clean. The beach - despite the details noted above - was pretty good, the sea - generally clean.

The beach is public and very small. The road to the beach is steep, so the only way to go to the beach is to use stairs, hence, if you have problems with your knees, be aware. Staff in general doesn't speak English. Hotel doesn't provide such room facilities, as slippers, or tooth brush etc. (Though it is said to be 4star hotel). Breakfast is the same every day and it is awful, there was very little I could eat (they didn't even have simple boiled eggs). Sport Hall was really really small with almost no facilities. The location is far from the center, you have to walk (2-3 km) or get a taxi to get to the center.

Great pools. Good value. Swim up bar with Happy hour cocktails. Great view of the sea! Good variety at breakfast. Friendly reception staff. Great bathrooms with baths and a shower. Staff in the bars and restaurants sooo helpful. Loads of sunbeds, close to loads of great 'sunset' restaurants. Pool water is salted. Kinder on the skin.

Housekeeping were a bit noisy early morning. The manageress at the restaurant was a bit surly and the pool towel guy at the main pool was not so helpful - Needs to try to remember people a bit more.

Lovely staff. Breakfast was of a pleasant variety. Location was in a quiet area.

There is an issue with the many of the guests causing problems for others. They are from the east and have little respect for anyone else. Problems such as holding breakfast tables and loungers occurred while we were there. The hotel needs to inform these people with some form of penalty. It is also difficult to get a taxi or tuk tuk in the area. I was lead to believe this was an issue because of the demographic of the area. I like the hotel, but would not return to pattaya based on these guests.

room was beautiful, a bit rustic, but spacious and comfortable. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Location is very close to the beach in a mellow area.

Beach looks right beside you, but you have to walk to main hotel and then down a tough set of stairs to finally get to the beach. I was recovering from ankle surgery, so the uneven steps were challenging both down and up from the beach.

The hotel is located at an exceptional view point looking out on Cosy beach and has very nice restaurants and markets nearby. This is by far one of the best beach-side vacation experiences we've had.

There could be more fruits in the breakfast. Fresh fruits are a Thai specialty, but the hotel focused more on Western breakfast items such as bread and waffles. No doubt that appeals to kids and to Western tourists in general, but a Thai holiday without mangoes and papayas seems a waste. We even skipped breakfast on the our last day in the hotel and instead ate a lot of fruits we bought at the night market the previous evening.

You need to make sure what part of hotel you book,booking.com not very clear on the description of hotel rooms and what part of hotel although they provide a map

Tucked in a quaint location in Pattaya, this was a good option

1. The hotel did not have beach umbrellas or recliners.. 2. Hotels should provision for Airport pick up. Would add to the premium feel

Great location if you are looking to get away from the crazy parts of Pattaya. Close to lovely bars and restaurants with great views. Nice buffet breakfast. One of the best value hotels in Pattaya.

The friendly and highly professional conduct of the staff . The cleanliness in and around the building. The staff willingness to to assist or to give advice is highly remarkable and commendable.

Everything at the hotel , from accommodation yo food and beverages .But what stands out is the highly professional way the staff conduct themselves , from cleaning staff , waiters to reception , they all deserve to be praise.

I enjoyed the pool, the sea view from the 11th floor was fantastic and the room was nice and cleaned well. The bed was excellent, the best I have experienced in hotels. The location at the beach was definitely a plus for me. The staff in all positions were very helpful and friendly.

I don't understand why the fried and scrambled eggs for breakfast were served cold. The aircon in the room rattled rather loudly which was disturbing. The Cosy beach was cluttered with rubbish even though there were attempts to keep it clean, which was disappointing. The guests were "booking" the sunbeds with towels even though at least half were not there at any moment.
