Probably one of the best locations, close enough to walking street, but far enough to be quiet. Nice property, but hotel does need an upgrade. Furniture in rooms is ok, but kind of old, it’s time to replace it. They shuttle you to the guard shack and there are guys hanging out there ready to take you anywhere. To walking street for 2 people is 100 batt, don’t pay more.

The rooms in the beach terrace were beautifully decorated. Beach towels and flip flops were provided in your room. With views straight out to sea, very comfy loungers on your balcony. The hotel has a number of pools for your use, we took advantage of. The beach in front of the hotel is for exclusive use of guests. One day we were out and it came onto rain, a member of staff came into our room and brought our washing in from the balcony. Our room had already been cleaned prior to this

This was our second stay at the Royal Cliff Beach Terrace, and once again, we were thoroughly impressed. The hotel is truly one of the best in Pattaya, offering an outstanding experience in every aspect. The location is unbeatable, right by the sea, providing breathtaking views and a serene atmosphere. The cozy cocktail bar is perfect for unwinding and adds to the relaxed vibe of the property. What sets this hotel apart is the exceptional staff, who go above and beyond to make your stay unforgettable. Everything here is spot on, from the well-maintained facilities to the excellent cuisine and top-notch service. We can’t wait to come back again!

Unfortunately, the room service and cleanliness were disappointing during our stay. Toilets were not cleaned daily, the floors were so dusty that the white bedspread quickly became dirty when putting feet up, and cleaning forms or bags were often forgotten. We had to ask for water twice because it wasn’t replenished, and our terrace wasn’t tidied even when food packaging was left behind. The blue towels for swimming were not restocked on two occasions, and I had to request forgotten items at least five times during our two-week stay. This level of service is not what you would expect from a hotel of this caliber and was much better during our visit last year. The staff could certainly be more attentive to these details.

Great place with amazing facilities and brilliant staff. Amazing breakfast. The Japanese restaurant was superb as was the indian. The seafood restaurant on the beach was disappointing however. Not fresh seafood.

We stayed in the terrace. I felt the bedroom area was 5 star. The bathroom only 2/3. Small and cramped. Take the silly bath out and get more space for a decent walk-in shower (the current one is tiny cubicle) and a bigger sink area.

A lot to do as it’s a HUGE property. In room dining was excellent, I loved the bath tub, bedsheets so crisp. I really loved this accommodation oh and thank you for the birthday treat! I was also really happy that theylet us check in early cos I was so damn tired from the Bangkok drive! I loved this property!! The receptionist was also so kind and the swimming pool was one in a million! Please do not hesitate to book them!

Amazing view just from your room. Plenty to offer just within the hotel - several pools and private beach. Perfect if you plan to spend most of your time relax in the hotel and connect to a few activities in town with taxi.

The taxi rate offered by the hotel is significantly higher than what you could have gotten from Uber-like app. The hotel offers shuttle service to Pattaya town centre but it is infrequent and at a not attractive rate. A group of 3/4 is better off getting a taxi instead. Airport shuttle is a not free complementary service. Not a dislike but a good-to-know, if you are looking for a hotel that could help you book trips such as a day trip to the Coral island from other service provider, the hotel might not be able to help out except the transportation to the pickup point.

Good rooms. Very accurate from the website. Excellent location, with very good pools an views. Great attitude from all staff we encountered.

Having to get back into my car to drive to 7-11 for basics, ie water an snacks

The infinitive pool and the jacuzzi were amazing to me who like sunbathing and swimming. The staffs are well-trained in customer services and they were in good manner. The breakfast buffet food also quite nice, many options and delicious.

Not really have but some points can be improved. Some staffs may have difficulty on English communication but Google translate can help. And the staffs were helpful. The infinitive pool opening time was only 8-8. It would be better if the pool can be opened early like 6am so guests can enjoy the breakfast afterward.

Everything about this hotel is so wonderful!! The hotel is not new, but it’s being renovated when it needs to. The bathroom is very new and super comfortable. The whole experience being in your resort is addictive. I’m looking forward to seeing “The Royal Grand Cliff Hotel” when you get through the renovation, and again most of the other hotels in Pattaya do not maintain their facilities ass much as you do, and that’s why I love you so deeply. I love a beautiful old well maintained place like yours, much more than all the new fancy glass towers. You breakfasts is also super nice but a little pricey maybe…. I love it.

I have only one complaint and I have addressed this issue with you personally and I think my complaint does not concern the largest number of your customers, so I won’t mention the details, but I hope that you will consider changing your policy on the issue I have discussed with you. I stayed happily in 314 31/07-02/08 please consider changing your policies for my next stay.

Beautiful resort with private beach, multiple nice pools and restaurants and very professional staff. Good extensive breakfast buffet.
