Staff was very friendly and the restaurant was good value with good food

Great location at Pratumnak Soi 2, plenty of parking for your moto, cozy rooms that are cleaned well, the staff is very friendly and helpful with prolonging the stays or anything else you may ask. The restaurant at the garden is beautiful with great selections of breakfasts, Thai and western food.

The pool is always dirty because of the leafs from the trees above, despite the staff is cleaning it twice a day it is not enough and good mostly for sunbathing. There are not enough power plugs in the room so charging your laptop and working from the balcony or your room requires an extension cable. Bathrooms sometimes may smell but this is common to the city.

#1: Super good value. Simple. Great sized room (splash out and book a Superior/Deluxe 😉). Lovely garden setting. 8' deep pool- rare in Thailand, and kept very clean. Onsite restaurant is fabulous- great value breakfast choices, and nice menu to boot. Great cooks. Wifi good, and Superior room has a flat screen smart tv. 👌 Reception staff Great, in fact all staff friendly and helpful. Like the quiet location, correct distance from Jomtien/Pattaya- in between. Pratumnak has a nice little 'village' appeal all of it's own. Had a week booked, end up staying 2. 😊

A walk (uphill) to main road for Baht Bus. Not a lot nearby bar/restaurant wise. Best you rent a scooter- can do from reception. 👌

The restaurant and food was the best part about the hotel! The food was wonderful and very inexpensive! I stayed there a week and everything I ate there was wonderful!

The mattress was wore out and the bathtub porcelain was wore off down to the metal, if they did know more than paint the tub by a professional tub painter and paint the tile I would say let the hotel was a great value!

This is a simple old hotel. Clean and run well. Every room is different in the place. It's a quiet location, rare in this area. It's because it's on a dead-end street. No elevator, but the stairs are wide and easy to climb. The pool is in the shade and just big enough to do some short laps for exercise. For me the main attractive feature of the hotel is the beautiful garden. If you're lucky enough to get a back facing balcony over the garden , you'll find it very relaxing. A quiet garden like this is very unique in this area.

You must be very careful when you walk. The main roadwe to the 7-11. There's no sidewalk. You're very exposed to the cars passing very close to you.

The room size for the price The location is not noisy - no loud music from the bars It seems the staff is getting better, but there is a long way to go in terms of training as they should be friendly the first minute you step in, not after a few days.

Water pressure on the 4th floor is a pain for my wife with long hair - I haven't much left so I was ok It seems they spray something around the parking lot, and my car got immensely dirty from a sticky chemical - so be aware if you park there

Breakfast in the garden was great value. In fact, the restaurant is a little gem. Very peaceful. Chickens running around. This is a smallish hotel, somewhat old and basic, but really quite charming. The garden is lovely. Staff were helpful. I only stayed one night as the place was full. The bed was surprisingly comfortable and sheets were very clean.

The towel rail in the bathroom was broken. No power point by the bed, so a bit inconvenient for the phone, but manageable. The door lock needed some maintenance.

I had a quite empty room but this is a super bonus. The room was bright and clean. There were shabby furnitures mixed with completely new. The hotel was quiet. The breakfast in the restaurant was excellent for this price. The location is convenient for folks who drives bikes because the hotel is equally distant from Walking street and beaches.

I like it… it is nice and quiete. The rooms are huge and they have a little garden and pool where it is nice to hang out. The place is near a nice park where you can go for a walk or for training. I recommend it!

Perfect location—within walking distance of the Pattaya hillside. The room also had a bathtub, which was a pleasant surprise. WiFI is also all good.
