The check-in was very smooth and handled very professionally and efficiently by the wonderful boss lady from the Philippines. The apartment is spacious and comfortable, and it is located right in the centre of town. All of the essential services are nearby and within walking distance. Although I did not use it, there is a large swimming pool here as well. The cleaning staff were very good and the stay was excellent. The gentlemen who operated the elevators were also on the ball.

I could not get regular channels on the television - it was a smart TV and clearly too smart for me. Likewise, the Japanese toilet requires a degree in astrophysics to use. Again, it was far beyond my seemingly humble level of education, although somewhat amusing to hear it's impression of Niagara Falls, in truth.

Girl on Reception very helpful and the security guards always welcoming. Laundry was quick, cleaners do very good job every day. Great location and very happy with the room

Excellent rental company within the View Talay 6. I chose to book a condo with sea views. Excellent balcony with comfortable seating. Beautiful views over the bay. There is shops within the building for massages, alcohol, food laundry etc . The V6 is in a prime location with private rear access onto beach road or walk out the front onto 2nd road. The Hilton hotel and Central shopping mall are next door. Cross the street and you have the night bizarre or Access into myth night bar complex and tree town. There are cheaper options though you get what you pay for.

The staff is very friendly. The cleaners were very polite, respectful, and hardworking compared to the ones I have had in the United States. I felt some empathy for them. You can walk to the beach, the mall, the bars, also there are weed vendors nearby on the street if thats your thing. Mini mart, massage, and pool are downstairs.

Not really the condos fault but awful loud music from the bars across the street can be heard however the sound insulation was decent if you stay inside and not go on the balcony. I don't understand why sidewalks and crosswalks aren't a thing in SE Asia be careful crossing the streets. Also the circuits in my condo would trip the breaker if I ran the shower, AC, and washing machine at the same time. I had to keep asking the staff to reset it. Separate your circuits better.

Location excellent.View fantastic with stunning sunsets.Have everything you need on site from laundry to massage to food and drink.All staff helpful and polite.Room spotless with daily cleaners.Bathroom replenished each day with shampoo and toothpaste.Complimentry toothbrushes.Shower great.Pool fantastic with plenty of sun.

Only slight problem with incline to front of complex could prove problem for elderly or infirm but staff on hand if help needed.

The stuff are very welcoming, hotel is nice, rooms are big, bath is great, location is good, close to the beach but still quiet, room include frig which help a lot , thanks for helping and makes the stay great there.

Front desk (reception) entrance is really very disturbing, need to climb a lot of stairs to get there, and need to do that with the luggage it's not easy.... to come in or to go out .... Need to consider install an escalator or any elevator for helping the guests, there's enough room to install that in the entrance.

Great location for views, beach or nightlife, with minimal noise when you want to rest. good size pool and amenities/shops in the entrance corridor. lovely cleaners that renewed the bottles of water/shampoo etc every day. Would definitely stay here again.

small ant issue in apartment so had to be careful cleaning up food but it wasn't too much of a problem for me (ants usually keep all the other insects away), more cooking equipment needed, only one small frying pan.

Location The room is quite big Pedestrian access through back gate to beach road and shopping centre next door Pool gets plenty of sun (until someone builds on the vacant block next door - then I am not sure the pool will get much sun at all). If I was going to stay here again I would check the reviews regarding this. A pool is important because you don't want to swim at the beach as water quality is poor and there is quite a lot of rubbish. I read the reviews about this apartment before booking so I knew what to expect. It is tired, but perfectly functional. The balcony is tiny with no room for a chair. Currently you can see the sea, but this may change when next door is developed. If you want to cook meals, then you will be disappointed. There is hardly any kitchen equipment, but we just wanted a toaster and kettle. The sofa looked extremely uncomfortable, though we never used it. I definitely would not want to use it as a bed. When we were there (early Dec) the place was pretty quiet. Not much noise from other apartments or street. It suited us for a couple of days. Just make sure you read the reviews so you know exactly what you are going to get.

To start would use again on my next stay is a YES. Room is as description. staff friendly with good security. Room may be showing a little age but was in good condition and very clean. The bed is on the Hard to very hard side. Has many facilities on the 3rd floor, washing, food, shop massage. And access to pool. This was a little cold but it is December. Easy access to beach with secure gate key. Think this room had beach view, but had to lean over the balcony to see it. Overall, a good stay, easy safe, 4/5, you will find something a bit cheaper around, if you’re on a tight budget or just want 3* B&B style rooms maybe this is not your thing. It was ”guest” friendly You only get what you pay for, and as this was high season , it was not bad. With lots of freedom very good alternative to a full 4* plus hotel Hope this helps

As this is apartments and not hotel some parts are more self-service with bags and things unless you pay for help. but access is easy and lifts are good so no real hardship. A Room service can be provided by shops on floor 3. so, get a contact number if you need. though not 24 hours - but i was aware before booking this had no affect on my stay or enjoymnet. reception can help with most other questions.

The room size was great the staff were all amazing from reception to cleaning staff there are plenty of little shops on site if needed. And literally on the beach witch was brilliant

Had to play around with the shower to get hot water and it took a wile but when It started it was all fine. The room was advertised as 5 start but the room looked like it was decorated by stevie wonder. But wasn't there to live in the room so that didn't bother me to much but would have been better if the decor was nicer.
