I’ve stayed here many times and never been disappointed.

The room I had was very nice with a great outlook but unfortunately the beer bar below played loud music until 3am.

Great location, very close all the n8ghtlife and markets. Everything within walking distance and baht buss passes at end of road. Breakfast was good. Nice selection. Rooms comfortable but would prefer if mattress actually overlapped the base of the bed, because the base is low and easy to hit your feet as you walked around it.

As explained above the mattress on the base of the bed. Also with the guests it looked a bit like a retirement home for older single white males. Lol. I am 69 but I felt young and fit there. Never saw so many walking sticks and frames in a hotel.

Hotel is walking distance from bars and all food, drink massage and convience stores 10 baht bus 1 minute away takes you anywhere stayed there many times and staff are excellent even was given a Xmas gift on arrival Pool is great and good views from roof, it is a guest friendly hotel but good security around the hotel Always felt safe sound, price was great Location is soi 8 right in the middle of all the action beach is 2 minutes away across the road Money changer 2 minutes away Cannot get a better value for money hotel in pattaya 5 stars..

Nothing really

The breakfast was very good. Plenty of different types of food including eggs, thai food, coffee, fruit. The location was good right next to a money exchange and an ATM. The alley had many restaurants and bars. It was close to beach road too.

No balcony and only one slow elevator. When I left the room, the power always turned off so I had to shut down my computer.

We were so close to the beach! The beach is just down the road. The showers and beds were big and it was a good price.

Checkout took a long time - probably 20 minutes. I didn't have any complaints about the hotel itself, but the bars surrounding it are loud. It's not loud inside the hotel and once you get to the beach it's fine, but the road to the beach is loud and kind of PG-13 rated.

The hotel rooms are great. Very well equipped and clean, too. They have a safe, which is fixed to the wall, which helps with feeling secure. The location is also very good - around a 10-15 minute walk from Walking Street, or a few minutes on a songthao. It's also a walk along the beach, which is great. The pool overlooking the skyline is beautiful, and the food at the poolside is also very nice. Breakfast is also very good, with a personal favourite being the American pancakes and French toast with syrup. It is good that it is served until 11am, too! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this to other travellers.

The room I was given at first smelt of smoke, but it was then changed for another. The smell is there a little bit, but the aircon keeps it at bay! It can be a little noisy, but it wasn't loud enough to bother me.

The breakfast was excellent. The roof top pool with 180 degree view was fantastic. Everything from laundry, to bars, the beach, Pattaya Central shopping centre, is all minutes away. The room was large and well lit. The cleaning was very good. The staff were very polite and helpful.

The water pressure was too low. I was on the second floor and the shower pressure wasn't very good. There were no usb charging ports. There was no ice machine.

If you're a foodie, you'll love the breakfast—absolutely delicious. The location is extraordinary, the staff were polite and helpful, and the on-site security was a reassuring bonus.

The room was a bit worn, and there was one mean, evil chair that seemed to be hunting my toe—I swear it had a grudge. 😉 Technically, I used it as a makeshift work chair, so I probably provoked it... Still, a small workspace with a proper chair would’ve been much appreciated.
