The best hotel in Pattaya, very clean, high security, comfortable, quiet, the staff are very friendly, the concierge works great, thanks to everyone, I thank the receptionist, she explained to me the hotel and everything about the hotel group and explained the application and how it works and I benefited from it in opening the elevator only the room does not work, and I thank the employee who checked out as well

The location was definitely a plus. It was as centrally located as a hotel could get. Could get to any restaurant, bar, pharmacy, mall, etc within a minute or two. Even with the hotel being across the street from Central Festival, I was able to get sleep as it was pretty quiet surprisingly. The staff were super nice and friendly and very professional. They even checked on me on the days I did not require or want room service. They did an excellent job keeping my room clean as well. I believe the young lady responsible for my room name was Fah. She did such a nice job. I didn't use the facilities, however, the concierge area and lobby were always kept clean, so I would imagine that the other areas were as clean as well.

The only drawback that I can think of was that the shower door should have a handle on the inside as well.

I recently stayed at this hotel for 12 nights and overall had a pleasant experience. The hotel is on the expensive side, but it's worth it if you're looking for a nice place to stay. The location is great, right across from Central Festival Mall, and the staff were amazing and friendly. The check-in and check-out process was quick, and the room was lovely and clean.

The top-floor swimming pool was a highlight, with an amazing view, but it was disappointing that there were no shaded areas or umbrellas available. I raised this issue at the reception, but unfortunately, it was ignored. This aspect somewhat ruined the holiday.

The hotel is very good located, just in front of a big shopping center and walking distance from the beach although the beach is not that clean.. Breakfast was amazing, totally worthy! There were local options as well as European ones. Everyone was super friendly and willing to help. Really nice and confortable place to stay.

If you arrive at 3pm be prepared to wait a bit for checking in.. there were 3 very nice employees working as quickly as they could but considerable more new guests.. the lobby is very confortable and there are drinks to make the wait a bit more pleasant..

We booked a Studio executive room and really enjoyed the facilities. Wifi was great, a strong shower with plenty of hot water. Full cooking facilities and a large fridge with washer/dryer. Bed was large and slept great. The sound proofing is excellent so we hardly heard a thing outside of the room. The staff are great, welcoming, helpful and very well trained.

The pool is a bit small with not many loungers for such a large hotel. Although the pool has great views it got very busy.

The Place in the meddle of Pattaya city which all services avaliable such as groceries , clinics restaurants and central festival Mall . The reception and others employees has very high hospitality and always finding a way to assist you .

good breakfast, super 1 bedroom suite with windows, views, all around. And a door to close off between rooms. handy washer, big kitchen. two tvs, nice decor, strong shower, super quiet at night, outstanding pool, kids pool is placed away from the main pool. super arts and crafts for kids Right across from the great Central Shopping center so you can access the beach by walking through and not have to use the streets. circle bus provided around Pattaya

Towels were not fluffy, very rough, no makeup mirror and counter was too wide to see close, I dropped my eyeshadow into little pieces trying to do makeup at the full body mirror. the dryer stopped midway and there was no "dryer only" option. there is not proper crossing to get to Central Shopping center so you have to jaywalk through traffic. there are suitcases all over in the lobby most of the day so it seems a dedicated room is needed or another system. The circle bus information should be told at check in since I didn't know until the last day and would have loved to use it. Very, very loud announcements made on an intercom system into the room. I know its for safety but it interrupted a planned conference meeting.

Gorgeous property. Bed is nice and comfortable. We upgraded our room to a sea view balcony. Very clean. Love the washer in the room. Especially over Songkran! Pool is amazing and although we have no children, it was awesome to see so many activities for the children. The property is in a great location close to just about anything you could want. The staff was exceptional. Very friendly and always helpful. Breakfast was really nice. Lots to choose from.

The halls aren’t air conditioned. I’m sure there is a reason for it. Other than that one observation there was absolutely nothing to complain about.

Staff is always accommodating to us and friendly and love the views and the modern style rooms with marble showers. Can’t beat that. Especially for the price.

I really liked everything but if I had to say one thing bad. I wanted a one hour extension on my last day 12 to 1 PM. That was denied. However, not a big deal and I still plan to stay every time I visit.
