The hotel is brand new with fantastic facilities, and the staff were amazing—friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. The location was excellent, with a lovely beach club just opposite offering great food and entertainment.

There really wasn’t anything to dislike—it was a great experience from start to finish.

The bathroom has no ventilation, and the door cannot be closed completely, there is always at least 1 centimeter gap. You can't lock it from the inside either. The lights on the bathroom are controlled at the entrance door. Whoever invented this should be slapped. The whole lighting system is actually terrible: you have switches with "profiles" and you are not able to switch on one particular light. The cleanliness of the room was also not as expected, just look behind the bed, behind the couch, and there was a lot of dirt. I definitely had much higher expectations from the best-rated hotel in Pattaya.

The property was very clean and everyone was very intentional. We were greeted at the door and the check-in process was easy. We even met Peter (food manager) and Javier (general manager) both were amazing and told us a little more about the property. The breakfast and Japanese restaurant was excellent! The hospitality was top tier.

I didn’t like that I could not stay longer.

I stayed in The Level 1 Bedroom Suite which is very big with separate living room and big toilet. It is very clean and good room housekeeping. Great breakfast and great wine and snacks for The Level 1 guests. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Will strongly recommend to friends who are travelling to Pattaya in the future.

It is a new hotel. Exceptional . Wonderful staff, food and first class service. Beautiful facilities. Highly recommended. It is so special that we have extended our stay until 10th June.

That your room key only takes you to ypur floor. I got stuck on another floor for 30 mins before i found someone to scan the lift to take me to my room.

The team at Meliá were fantastic. We really enjoyed the breakfast, the swimming pool and the top floor restaurant. Our room was always left spotless by the cleaner and the bed linens were luxury.

Unfortunately the sky bar was closed. We did however enjoy our drink at the restaurant.

Beautiful, new, modern, stylish hotel. Staff were wonderful, breakfast was amazing, Pool and pool area was fabulous with lots of individual daybeds as well as lounges and umbrellas. The location was good, close to everything and one street back from the beach.
