Staff, location, and room were amazing

My previous stay here wasn't memorable, but it vastly improved on this occasion. I would wholeheartedly recommend

Only 1 thing possibly not good is continually asking for bill to be settled before end of stay , I do understand to a point but with me iv stayed 6 or more times for weeks at a time , possibly a bit of trust and respect in that manner should be taken into consideration maybe? ....

Great location and the staff very friendly. They had I private little bus shuttle also.

Very nice hotel, big foyer and gym, lots of comfortable chairs to relax. Nice big rooms, very comfortable.

Room was very spacious and beds were comfortable, my room even had a free electric massage chair which was great after walking around. Breakfast was great 8/10. For the money you cannot go wrong. This hotel is clean, spacious, comfortable and only 5min. by car to walking street and the beach.

A person had to go outside if they wanted any style of egg for breakfast as there is a gentleman who cooks the egg for you outside on the hotel side porch, but it is not signed and if you don't know, you would think that they did not have eggs on the menu for breakfast.

Arrived at property early on first day. Check-in wasn't until 2pm, but the reception staff couldn't be more accommodating, and managed to get us into our room around 9.30am. The room was spacious and comfortable. The maid soon learnt our routine, and timed the cleaning of our room daily whilst we were at breakfast, which was very helpful. Leisure facilities were very good. Inside and outside pools, carpet golf putting green, well stocked gym, and even a sauna!!

The place was excellent — very clean, with daily housekeeping. The room was spacious and had a small kitchen inside. There was a nice gym and a small but beautiful pool. It wasn’t far from the beach either, so overall it was a really great place to stay.

The only thing they could improve is the staff, who weren’t very… welcoming. Maybe it’s just small things, but for example, when you arrived, they didn’t greet you, they weren’t flexible when asked about certain things, and they never really offered help. Little touches that make you feel more at home were missing — like a welcome drink, or even just explaining where the gym was. Nothing major — they did their job — but for a four-star hotel, the service should be a bit better, especially from the receptionists.

An lovely welcome 🙏 there's a lift to my room on the fourth floor the room was spacious with a great aircon a big fridge freezer wide screen t.v a microwave a safe (free to use) power shower (walkin) the room was cleaned each morning with and 2 bottles of water free. There is a restaurant but I choose to eat out. There are plenty of taxis motorbike 🏍 around and a taxis back to the airport is around 1.0200 baht the beach is a 20 minute walk sol 6 is less central shopping center 20 minutes walk and the best breakfast is I think is at the T.I.S restaurant near tree town.and the cleaning staff were lovely 😍 👌.

My bed mattress was a little bit hard for me. The drainage systems isn't great around the hotel area 😕

Fairly good location, close to shopping mall, markets and bars/restaurants. Otherwise shuttle bus driver was nice and drove us out onto the main road area a couple of times. The studio apartments were excellent and ran just like a hotel only you had a nice kitchen/dining area and a large bathroom with a big corner bath. Beds comfortable and handy with balcony. The staff are very helpful.

The pool was chilly and problem with not enough sun loungers. Basic gym.
