Friendly nice staff. From reception to the maintenance man to the housekeeping staff. Hotel little bit old. But I had a good stay.

Could do with better equipment in the gym. And the trees over the pool could do with cutting back to get some sun on the pool. The pool is covered over with trees, so the water is constantly freezing. The lighting in the room is very poor.

I had a really enjoyable stay at Nova Gold Hotel in Pattaya. My room was very spacious with a balcony overlooking a lovely little family-run restaurant across the road, where I enjoyed breakfast and dinner most days. I also made good use of the gym, which had a great view over the pool. The pool itself was the perfect cool temperature — ideal for refreshing dips during some extremely hot days. The location was excellent too, just a five-minute walk from all the action, yet still peaceful enough to relax. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and I have to mention the best iced coffee van right outside the hotel — a daily treat! Overall, a great place to stay with everything you need close by. 🌴🏨☕️

Really good place, in 100m radius u have 7/11 shop, laundry mashins, restaurant, massage, clubs(u really don't hear it from outside), parking area, taxi, and scouter rent, in 15 mínus walking u have a few gigantic mals, alcazar and Tiffany show, 10 minutes from the beach, soi6, food markets Clean up every day Unlimited towels 2 bottles of water for drinking every day Pool and gym free(they give u additional towels for it) Hairdryer, refrigerator and kettle I had a shower and bath Air conditioner Good and fast WiFi Security check before lizards and snakes around the hotel and pool frequently

Pool and gym closed at 10 pm, but u can always go to the beach My hairdryer is turning off every 2 minutes AC and electricity turning off if u leave the room, so u can't charge if u go away from room, and need to wait at least 10minutes to cool down ur room after returning They give u Nescafé fast coffee but, I'm missed really good one, recommend to buy at near shop some Be good to have some ice for drinks

The hotel staff is okay with a clean hotel. air conditioning is working properly with comfortable beds. Elevator is there. Stairs also there The room will clean every day. They have changed the towel. Supplied 02 water bottles everyday. Bathroom also good. Nothing steals. They have properly cleaned. Just nearby walking they have everything. 7 eleven, food stalls, massage service. If you walk around can access to Central Marina and Terminal 21. Most of the time front reception on duty to contact.

There is no breakfast in this hotel. You have to go to their nearest Nova hotel for that. But it's not an issue. They asked for a refundable deposit at the check-in. It's not mentioned in the reservation. There is no great view because the balcony face to see the other hotel balcony. Sounds proof can be increased. Can hear some sound. There are too much name with Nova nearby. Make sure to say the hotel name to delivery or rides The pool.and gym in there. the positioning is wrong . That means I don't wanna go and see there.

Swimming pool not too good. Also when I arrived I was not allocated the room type I had booked 4 months before. I was told that if someone comes in off the street on the day before I arrive and my room is empty they will be given that room and I will get what is left. I think this is a very poor way to treat a regular guest like myself. Fortunately I only had to stay in the substitute room for 3 nights before I could move to the type of room I had booked. I didn't like the inconvenience of this and told the receptionist.

Lovely rooms and staff are really nice. Asked the lady at reception for recommendations of places to visit where she suggested nong noon beach and the sanctuary of truth, both not too far away by car. Pattaya beach is close and lots of places to eat and markets, all within a 10-20 minute walk. The rooms are big, we had a room booked for 3 adults and got 2 double beds. Everywhere is tidy. We originally booked for 3 nights and ended up extending our booking.

Lighting in the rooms are a little dim but really is not an issue. It's quite crowded on the streets further out but directly outside the hotel is quiet.

Stayed here multiple times over the last couple of years. Everything was fine as usual. Handy underground car park for the motorbike e.g. To be reached straight down the elevator. Super brekkie 100m next door in Nova Suites. Plus the best place for coffee at Coffee First next door.

I was on the 8th floor this year. The flooring is really up for refurbishment….. I’m not there to watch the telly, but the one time I switched it on, vision was pretty snowy…..

A small freindly, (excellent helpful staff), quiet hotel with relaxing freestyle pool with waterfall, and a gym. (Sadly, since covid there are no food facilities.) I was there for 3 months and saw some minor repairs and maintenence undertaken, which is good, as so many hotels fall into disrepair and begin to look shabby. This hotel is not one of those. The rooms are large in comparison to many other hotels, (as are the balconys), even hotels with a far higher price ticket. Is it perfect, no, but you would be hard pushed to find a hotel with these standards for a comparable rate.

One let down was the room service cleaning. I spent a lot of time on my balcony. I often ate there, drank copius amounts of coffee, and often had friends join me. The majority of the time the cleaners forgot to clean the balcony. Even if the bin and cups/glasses were cleaned the table and floor were not.

Rooms are Clean, Spacious and has all the modern amenities. although it's not 100% Sound Proof. Pool area is very relaxing. Kids Pools also available. Location: Located in center of the Pattaya City. 2.5 KM from North Pattaya Bus Terminal. 3.5 KM from Pattaya Walking Street. 5.5 KM From Sanctuary of Truth. 12 KM from Pattaya Tiger Park. Restaurants, Local Food Stalls, Laundry, 7-Eleven, Massage Centre are nearby within Walking distance. Note: Do carry some cash. as they will charge 500 BTH at the time of Check-In.

No Inhouse Kitchen/Restaurants. You have to go to another place for Breakfast. Options are very Limited.

The manager, reception staff and housekeeping were amazing. I booked for just over 3 weeks and I had a wonderful stay. The hotel is clean and beds are stripped every other day. Towel changed every day. The hotel is in a really central location and whilst there are no facilities it does not matter! There's some place to eat around every corner 24 hours a day! I would stay here again.
