Great price , good size clean rooms and big shower . Stopped here several times now. 7/11 right next door. Underground parking . Walking distance to beach road or soi buakhao , or about £1:50 in a taxi. Good pool

A little further from the centre of the action, but it's still pretty easy to get around. The room was very spacious and comfortable. Very comfortable bed, great high pressure and nice and hot shower. The staff aren't too in your face, but are friendly and helpful.

The wifi was pretty terrible when I first got there, but it seemed improve to a reasonable standard after I brought up the issue.

The room is so huge. I got the upgraded room. There is 7-11 next door. The price was very good deal for room facilities and amenities. There are room slippers, kettle, lotion, toothbrush set, small and big towels and save box. Staffs are polite and attentive.

The location is not close to beach though there is motorbike taxi service near hotel (I walked to explore area to beach). Foods are more vegetarian and Indian, there are western and Thai foods also but less than Indian foods

This is my second stay here . I like the hotel because of value for money. It is walkable into town or just 65 bht with bolt taxi . The beds are comfortable and the shower is very good. There is a safe in the cupboard too. They also allow you to bring a guest back. Next door to hotel is a 7/11 . Parking underground if you rent a bike or car. Over the road is a cafe and 30 second walk there is a lady that will do your laundry .

I wouldn’t say I don’t like anything about the property. Ok so the Wi-Fi is poor but the staff kindly put a router into my room which then gave me good Wi-Fi. The main room is good and comfortable, the bathrooms really need updating and the sink was badly cracked and chipped. I think a makeover is needed to bring the hotel up to date.

The location was great for us, a short walk from the beach and the nightlife but in a quiet side street. The staff were very friendly, especially Fe at reception who took good care of us. Looking forward to coming back!

Stayed here the second time mainly because of location. I really like this hotel, the room is clean and bed is very comfortable. I really loved the front desk girl Yui. Yui is extremely so nice and sweet. I would definitely stay here again. Also thankful for the complimentary gift for staying twice. 🥰

dident book breakfast as always late nights lol i love your hotel as you will see from past bookings i have stayed with yourselfs about 12 times all staff very helpfull clenleness cleaning and the way that your hotel makes me welcome ps i fell off a motorbike and as i arrived back at your hotel your team was there with the first aid kit thankyou very much ..

only small snag will be the time of the room cleaners some times 10 am and sometimes 17 00 pm and television connections some day worked and some not .. but hey i dont come to pattaya to watch television only for my siesta in the afternoon cheers

Location, the staff, just about everything. It was made even more amazing as was celebrating my friend’s significant birthday. The staff and hotel made him feel special.

The location is good. The staff is friendly and always smiles at you. The room is big and clean. 7-11 is just next to the hotel, so it is convenient for us to get food.

There were not many choices for breakfast, so we decided to go out and eat. Walking distance to Big C hypermarket, food court, and also massage center.

Nice hotel. Quiet, good pool, surrounded by some good restaurants. The staff were constantly present , without being intrusive.

Only issue, it wasn't a queen bed rather two singles pushed together.
